OS QUARTOS CONTAM COM EXAUSTORES DE AR CONDICONADO POR FORA DA JANELA, OS QUAIS FAZEM MUITO, MAS MUITO BARULHO MESMO, 24 HORAS DE BARULHO QUE INCOMODA MUITO. ALEM DO QUE A ACUSTICA É ZERO. CHEGA A SER INSALUBRE POR QUESTÕES DE RUIDO. E TV É ALEM DE SER ANTIGA É TBM DE PESSIMA QUALIDADE, IMAGEM PESSIMA. GELADEIRA ANTIGA, ARMARIO DEFAZADOS, E PRATOS E TALHERES RUIM, VELHOS, TORCIDOS, COPOS APENAS 2 PEQUENOS. RESUMO: PELO VALOR DA DIÁRIA O HOTEL NÃO DISPÕE DE APARELHAGEM MODERNA. Cons:

Não tem nenhuma apóio aos pets. Cobram taxa cara e não dão uma vasilha como em outro hotéis para os pets .

Bom custo benefício, mas precisa de algumas melhorias.
Pros:

Apartamento muito espaçoso, excelente localização, bom atendimento dos funcionários, ótimo estacionamento.

Cons:

O chuveiro estava quebrado (espirrando água pra tudo quanto é lado), e o exaustor do banheiro é barulhento demais! as condensadoras dos aparelhos de ar condicionado também são muito barulhentas e mesmo de fora do quarto, atrapalha a dormir. Havia muito glitter nas frestas do piso do quarto e no sofá (do carnaval, talvez?). A luz do quarto estava com mal contato, piscando (e é branca, então não é aconchegante). Café da manhã não é muito saboroso, mas atende ok.

Infelizmente, não me hospedaria aqui novamente em razão do custo-benefício.
Pros:

Equipe bem cordial e simpática, tudo que precisamos foram bem solícitos. O café da manhã é muito bom.

Cons:

O hotel pecou muito na limpeza. O chão do apartamento tinha muito pó, os lençóis estavam manchados e o banheiro parecia que não tinha sido limpo. O apartamento tinha muitos insetos andando pelos móveis, como formigas. Além disso, a 3 TVs que estão no apartamento são muito antigas, sem acesso a apps de streaming e sem conexão wifi.

Foi uma ótima experiência.
Pros:

O flat é amplo e confortável. E melhor ainda porque são 2 banheiros . Achamos isso excelente!!!
E o estacionamento não é cobrado à parte, muito bom também!

Não funcionaram e não resolveram enquanto os tive hospedado , como meu filho dormiu na sala ficou um pouco desconfortável! Mas o ar do quarto estava funcionando perfeitamente! Fora isso tudo estava funcionando perfeitamente!

Eu não pretendo me hospedar mais!
Pros:

Eu achei as acomodações amplas, porém sofá rasgado e pouco confortável.

Cons:

Sofá rasgado, falta da máquina de café e no último dia, não tivemos serviço de quarto. A camareira não fez a limpeza e troca das toalhas e ainda não limpou e retirou lixo dos banheiros.
