Can accommodate big party. It has kitchen where you can cook. It is near the main highway which is convenient if you want to buy something outside.
I am not there,but my family was.. they stay there for three nights and I never heard a negative thing about the hotel. Only good things. My mom says they are comfortable, the staff was nice to them, Even me i can tell that they’re nice even i talked to them only in the chat. The things they need for cooking are complete, good wifi and they feel safe. So I am so happy for that. So, hopefully see you next year Avana Hills Hotel. Thanks

I liked the property's location (near talipapa, sari sari store, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, beach etc.) and of course it's affordability that is worth every buck especially for large groups. We also like the staff's service, they are approchable and they will give everything you need in an instant.
Everything was great except for one window in main room that has banging sound every night due to wind, maybe because it is not installed properly, but it was tolerable. And also the wifi connection that went out on our 2nd day of stay.

If you were travelling with big group, this place is good for your group. Fully furnished unit and almost of the appliances listed were provided. The Wi-Fi is the best part! So fast even though we're 10 in the room.
Great location, near with convenience stores, wet market and souvenir stall.
As far as we love our stay in the unit, one of the water heater weren't working. But the water is still warm so we don't make a fuss about that.
Ir's big enough. It's nearby supermarket and talipapa market. Also the beach with his restaurants are only an 5 minutes walk away.
Inside the apartment there were some things broken like cabinet door. No toilet brush to clean..
Outside they were busy with construction..
No dustpan available.
