Nice hotel in a great location but staff could have been more helpful.

Character boutique hotel in a perfect location on the small town square.

Cons:

65 years old and reasonably fit but I had to carry my heavy suitcase with difficulty up 40 steps to my second floor room while staff offered no help. Not much help with finding parking outside the pedestrian area and no advice not to take the 65 steps from the street up to the hotel visible above, with my heavy suitcase again, when the street continued up a gentle slope past the hotel which I could easily have rolled my suitcase along had I been told.

Una location ricca di storia
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale. Camera grande e ben arredata. Ottima colazione. La signorina che ci ha accolto si è' dimostrata molto disponibile ad aiutarci.

Cons:

Non è' facile conciliare il restauro di una struttura storica con i servizi di un Hotel. La distanza dal parcheggio e le scale ripide in assenza di ascensore ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli in macchina e trasferire l'essenziale negli zaini. La camera era pulita ma nel cesto del bagno abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani usati degli ospiti precedenti ..

Sehr zentrale Lage direkt im Dorf. Alles ist perfekt fussläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

An einer Stelle leichte (Blut?) Flecken auf dem Teppich. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Pros:

嘘つき橋の目の前で、観光にとにかく便利。部屋は嘘つき橋とは反対側でしたが、窓から教会が見えて、ヨーロッパに来た感じられ、部屋も白を基調として明るく、とても清潔でした。

Cons:

チェックイン時間より早く到着して、荷物を預かってもらおうと思ったのだが、スタッフがいなかったため、電話で連絡を取る必要があったこと。(海外で使える電話番号がなかったため困っていたところ、たまたま通りかかった人が親切で、電話をかけてくれて部屋にも入れたので、それほど影響なかったのだが)

Das Ambiente in dem neu renovierten Haus mit historischem Charme ist etwas ganz besonderes. Man ist super zentral direkt an der Lügenbrücke,, aber es war trotzdem in der Nacht ruhig. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Frühstück liebevoll gemacht. Auf dem Zimmer stehen ein Wasserkocher und eine Nespresso-Maschine mit Tee und Kaffee zur freien Verfügung.Das schönste Hotel auf unserer Rumänien Reise!

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, wunderschönes Gebäude, geschmackvolle Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts, ausser, dass wir sehr früh von der Müllabfuhr draussen auf dem Platz vor dem Hotel geweckt wurden
