Great place to stay, new property
Pros:

Beautiful new apartment, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Great location close to Namba.

Cons:

As it was January the heating was on for the whole building, of course but when it was 16C outside for a few days the room temp steadily rose to 27C and apart from opening the windows in a big, noisy city there was no way to cool down the room.

Very friendly helpful staff, new clean and well appointed property.
Pros:

Great location and very good value for money. Property seemed very new and was clean. Liked the washer/dryer in the room too.

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

This hotel is located in a quiet area of Namba, and a 10-15mins walk from the lively area around Namba Station and Dotonbori. It has eateries nearby but more importantly, there is a 7-11 about 50m away. The Yasaka Jinja Shrine Namba with the lionhead roof is just steps away from the 7-11 and we enjoyed walking past it every day. The shrine, of course.

The staff were conversant in English and provided very good and responsive service.

The Grand Family room was ample for our family of 4. The bathroom floor tiles felt non-slippery which is a plus for family with young kids or old folks. The room was satisfactorily clean. It has two TVs, and both my kids can watch their desired shows concurrently.

Cons:

Where it falls short:
- the WC toilet and the bathroom are separated, which is really inconvenient.
- There are insufficient hooks or bars to hang towels and clothes in the toilet and bathroom. Eg. The toilet has no hook at all.

O apartamento é excelente e os funcionários prestáveis. A localização também é muito boa e conseguimos visitar a cidade com toda a facilidade.

отличное расположение, приветливый персонал, просторный и чистый номер, есть услуга приема багажа для отправки в другой отель, в целом очень понравилось, ванная была потрясающая (глубокая ванная и много места)

Cons:

столики на металлических ножках с каменной столешницей слегка отнимали уют, если заменить их на что-то более "уютное", или из других материалов, то станет еще более прекрасно, хотя и сейчас все супер!

Pros:

The apartment was clean, comfortable and a good size for a family of 5. It was a 10 minute walk to the Namba station in a quiet street. It was fully equipped with everything we needed like a washing machine, dryer, kitchen and all other amenities. The staff also supplied us with washing liquids, toothbrushes, hairbrush etc. I had to change my check in time due to long queues at the airport and they quickly responded to me and made the changes straight away.
