Pros:

Love this place.. food options are plenty, yakiniku options around the corner along with a local fish market there. Not next to a busy street, great for getting rest. Kids loved the space and layout

Cons:

Prices varied depending on dates of stay. Was trying to book for another stay in Dec when prices jumped 3 times.. but probably seasonal effect.

Wonderful hotel staff and rooms as pictured in a nice quiet neighborhood.
Pros:

We booked the Grand Family room type and it was as pictured for our family of 4 (two teenagers and 2 adults). The hotel staff is so friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in to the day we left. The beds are comfortable and a pocket door separates the bed area to the living space. Having the washer/dryer in the room was a bonus and convenient (tip: ask the staff for show you how to use alternative wash functions. note wash/dry time can vary from 2-4 hours). The train station is less than a 10min walk, the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and lots of convenient stores in the surrounding area.

Cons:

Not truly a negative but more good to know, the toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom without a sink.

整體地理位置非常優異，在難波站附近、附近不到5分鐘有業務超市、對面又是八板難波神社、離木津市場走路也就10分鐘左右，且房內設備非常乾淨、整齊，廚房器具量非常足夠，房間形同兩房一廳、浴室不僅有雙洗手台，洗衣機聲音也完全不會吵到臥室，沙發將靠墊拿起來就可以是非常完整的床，插座非常多、冰箱也有冷凍庫。房間是密碼鎖，十分安全。非常乾淨、非常推。此外24小時的櫃台服務人員在APARTMENT中較少見，櫃台人員也都非常親切。

Pros:

なんばと１つ隣の駅のどちらも徒歩圏内で、夜は周辺にやってるお店がたくさんあり、出やすかったです。

Cons:

外国人向けホテルがメインのようで、日本語の周辺地図がなかった。英語版をもらえたが、若い子向けのホテルです。

旅館好きな方には不向きと思う。

A nice place for a two day stay .
Pros:

The room was spacious

Cons:

There wasn’t a coffee machine in the hotel nor did they have instant coffee packets ( like other hotels did) . They didn’t keep body lotion or face wash. The hotel didn’t have much storage space for clothes.

Pros:

It was a very clean hotel, Staff was so friendly and helpful!!!

Cons:

It was a litter smaller than I expected. We had stayed in a sister hotel in Kyoto and the room was quite spacious for my family of 5. We were pretty cramped in this one. I possibly booked the incorrect room so I’ll take the blame for that.
