It was a very clean hotel, Staff was so friendly and helpful!!!

Cons:

It was a litter smaller than I expected. We had stayed in a sister hotel in Kyoto and the room was quite spacious for my family of 5. We were pretty cramped in this one. I possibly booked the incorrect room so I’ll take the blame for that.

Very friendly helpful staff, new clean and well appointed property.
Pros:

Great location and very good value for money. Property seemed very new and was clean. Liked the washer/dryer in the room too.

Great place to stay, new property
Pros:

Beautiful new apartment, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Great location close to Namba.

Cons:

As it was January the heating was on for the whole building, of course but when it was 16C outside for a few days the room temp steadily rose to 27C and apart from opening the windows in a big, noisy city there was no way to cool down the room.
