Important information:

Reception is open from 9.00 to 12.00 am and from 17.00 pm to 19.00, except on Wednesdays all day and Sundays afternoon (outside of French School holidays). Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Pets are allowed at an extra cost of EUR 60 per stay or EUR10 per day to be paid on site.

Ski passes and ski rental are available at a discounted rate. Please contact the property directly to organize this at least 5 days before arrival.

Bathroom linen and bed linen are not included but can rented on site:
Bed linen EUR 12 extra charge per person per change
Towel EUR 10 extra charge per person per change

TV is at an extra cost of EUR 42 per week or EUR 8 per day.

An additional cost is also required for the following services:
Laundry, final cleaning and daily house-keeping.

Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs, baby cots and hairdryers are available.

WiFi is accessible in the apartments at an extra cost of EUR 7 per day or EUR 20 per week.

Staff wee helpless, make mistakes like trying to charge for sheets when i already paid for it, somehow blaming me for not booking a checkout inspection (without mentioning tgis practice before), charging the deposit on my credit card instead of doing a pre authorisation.
They promised they'll refund the deposit (250€) to the bank account i had to provide but 1 month later they still haven't and are responding any of my emails or phone call. Currently working with my bank to dispute the transaction.

It crossed the line from negligence to intent.

Pros:

È comodo alle piste da sci, c'è la navetta ma lasciando gli sci dal noleggio si può andare tranquillamente a piedi. La vista dal soggiorno era molto bella sulle montagne.

Cons:

Materasso scomodo e soggiorno completamente occupato dal divano letto. La pulizia in bagno bene ma lenzuola con alcuni capelli/peli... peccato.

Para una semana de esquí, ideal.
Pros:

Su ubicación. La calefacción. Las camas. Las vistas. La entrada del apartamento, podías dejar el material de esquiar.

I planned to stay at this hotel in July, unaware of the impact that the Tour de France would have on access. The day I was supposed to check-in, all roads to the hotel were closed and the officers said they would not be opening up until the following day. I informed them that my hotel was up there and they said that was too bad and I should find other accommodations. I called the hotel and was told to call back later that evening after 5pm. I did so, and was again told to call back later. I hung up and called back and then no one answered. I left a voicemail and sent a message to the property, and to this day I still have not received a response. I went back through my emails and there was NO communication about compromised access to the hotel or how to access it after the stage of the tour that day. I was charged the full amount for the hotel that I was never even able to set eyes on. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service.

Cons:

Superkleine chalet. Heeft dringend nood aan een fikse opknapbeurt. Zeer gedateerd. Ongelooflijk duur, voor géén comfort. Het 'marktmechanisme' heeft gewerkt....Weinig/géén aanbod qua logies ih hooggebergte, waardoor men kon vragen wat men wou, zonder enige meerwaarde te bieden

Pros:

I liked that it was relatively near the slopes, and that there was a navette taking us to and back from the slopes easily. The beds were comfortable. The view is glorious. I appreciated that they have linens and towels for rent. the staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

I was glad there was an indoor pool however it turned out to be too cold to really enjoy. I feel like the checkout procedure is complicated and cumbersome. The extra charges for Wifi and TV are a bit much: every hotel ans Airbnb pretty much includes that in the price nowadays. Also coming from overseas one isn’t used to having to buy all the little supplies to use in an apartment.
