Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious and the overall stay was comfortable The staff were very kind and welcoming especially (Banu) who was very helpful and professional throughout my stay

Cons:

* The lobby had a strong food and onion smell when I first arrived and unfortunately there were no scent diffusers around I also noticed the fragrance machine seemed to be turned off First impressions are very important and usually hotels have a pleasant signature scent in the lobby area
* The basement parking spaces were very narrow and not comfortable to drive in especially for larger SUVs It was quite difficult to move around and park comfortably
