Comfortable room, bar staff needs training
Pros:

Loved valet services, check in was a breeze and valet was awesome!

Housekeeping was awesome too!

Cons:

I attempted to get service at the bar associated with the hotel on a nightbwhere it was 4 people total at the bar. The bartender asked if I was ready to order I told him my drink of choice and he disappeared. By the time he came back another bartender was serving a man at their walk up bar. The bartender I had went to help the other bartender serve 1 man 1 drink, they were literally debating over whether his cocktail needed a orange or lime slice. I got up and left and did not return during my stay.

That is a training flaw if I have ever seen it in real time.

It was one to remember.
Pros:

We were only there for one night, but the surrounding area is amazing, especially the park across the street. So much to do. That room was fantastic, as well.

Cons:

We couldn't stay longer.

The Omni next door is better.
Pros:

Beautiful pool, workout facility and loved the views from our room!

Cons:

The bartender and front desk staff were rude. The room next door smelled like weed for 2 nights and the second night our next door neighbor set off his sprinklers in the middle of the night and the alarm made it very hard to sleep. Really no apologies or acknowledgement from your hotel.

The stay was amazing. Staff were incredible. Valet was efficient with scan code to deliver car. The hotel had great food

Beautiful location. Location close to dining and shopping. Valet parking. Easy check in. We were greeted with a complimentary glass of wine. Hotel was beautiful. Staff were excellent. Stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking nature and the Kaleidoscope Park.

Cons:

The rooms were beautiful, but there are small mirrors inside the closet. Would have been amazing if they had bigger mirrors in the rooms.

It was a pleasant expiernce from beginning to end. Beautiful top end facility!

Pros:

This hotel deserves a five-star rating across the board! The staff was absolutely wonderfu attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Every area was immaculately clean and well-maintained. Palato was truly amazing! I loved everything about my stay.

Disappointed at best.
Pros:

Hotel was not advertised on Hotels.com as valet only and it is. Staff did not seem to care if you were staying or not. Hotel was dirty for what it is advertised to be. The room and halls lacked vacuuming. The ice machine was broken on our floor. This hotel is not the high end hotel it pretends to be. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Renaissance at Legacy for the same money or less and have twice the experience.
