Very nice and clean, it is safe and in a gated location. It has all thw necessary utilities in the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a terrace. We also had a parking lot available, but in full season it might not be available.
The pool is not available for tourists, only for residents. The reception is opened only on some weird hours, between 11.00 and 17.00, which is not convenient when you are on vacation. We lost half a day waiting for the reception to be opened and to get to us (there were several checkins and checkouts).
The property was new and of a good standard and the kitchen was really nice with everything you could want for a short stay. A dishwasher and washing machine was a great added bonus.
The apartment was super clean and the rooms were well furnished. The beds were about the best we’ve ever had in self catering accommodation, very comfy with nice pillows. There was plenty of storage space in the bedrooms too, so the place always looked tidy. Bathrooms were clean, modern and lighting was good- usually my pet hate as it’s hard to put on makeup ( or shave) without good lighting 👏. Definitely recommend and would come back here in a flash as it’s literally 2 minutes walk from Golf del Sur course 🎉

Гарний таунхаус, чистий, красиви з кухонькою і територією де можна посидіти на свіжому повітрі з компанією або позагорати, нам персонал замовив таксі на 3 ночі, та найбільше сподобалось ставлення адміністратора, який впустив нас раніше на 2 години, бо номер вже був прибраний, а не заставив нас чекати під воротами як(((( Dream sky 2)))) що бронювали за тиждень до цього, де хазяїн зняв його з оцінювання, щоб ми не могли написати, що там повний разводняк починаючи з локаціїї
Nos cancelaron la estancia el mismo día de nuestra llegada. No proporcionaron ninguna alternativa. Llamé para que me ayudaran a buscar algo, me dijeron que me ayudarían y luego no supe nada más de ellos. Ya para esos días y ese lugar no pudimos encontrar ningún alojamiento similar.
Ubicación y tranquilidad
Es cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario el apartamento el problema es que es vía de entrada de los aviones al aeropuerto Tenerife sur. Pasan justo encima.

Номер состоит из кухни и 2 спален на верху. есть 2 туалета. Кухня оборудована. Не сразу нашли вечером. Рядом есть маленький магазин и несколько ресторанов которые работают допоздна, особенно пиццерия
Very very hard sofa and single beds - like sleeping on an ironing board :( pool was closed so can’t comment on that.
Buena ubicación y piso bonito
La limpieza tiene que ser mejor, estaba sucio. Las camas son muy incómodas, el desagüe estaba atascado y olía mal, en las habitaciones y el salón para dormir siempre se queda una luz led encendida al mínimo y está iluminado. La piscina no se puede emplear

диван старый просиженый, с дырками. Такие диваны на выброс. Очень плохой интернет! Приходилось ждать загрузки страницы, вернулся на 20-25 лет назад, когда были модемы. Из-за того, что базовая потребность (интернет) была оч плохого качества, то общее впечатление плохое. Как если бы дом был прекрасный, а туалет через дорогу.
