Nha Trang hotel: the receptionist unattended , no security man, anyone can do malicious act , feel unsafe, in 6 nights of my stay, I saw few new receptionist every day for only an hour or two, then they disappear, leaving the reception unattended, room 501 the shower pressure is low, and the water takes 6 or 7 minutes to get warm, poor drainage leads to standing water on the floor that is very slippery. The wifi is weak, soundproof doesn't exist, you hear everything outside the room and also the upstairs ones, the facilities the hotel displays doesn't exist like: safty deposit box, toiletries, and drying rack.
Very weird , if you want water, the guest must go to the reception to have a bottle filled with filtered tap water. Any coffee or water in the room are charged, I booked 6 nights, when I found these horrible things, I did ask for a refund, they asked me to change the date for one night, then they fixed little things in the room and asked me to stay, so I stayed the 5 nights that Booking.com do not know about, in this way, no commission for Booking.com.

Единственное что не понравилось это наличие насекомых, но персонал предоставил средства чтобы от них избавляться по мере их нашествия.
性价比不错，价格比较实惠，位置也挺好，逛商场购物方便，步行到沙滩5分钟。
我们烹饪额外收取了水电费，那个小灶台做饭有点不方便，因为没有油烟机，如果想要要烹饪的朋友，不建议选这里。其次，每次打扫卫生不彻底，有些地方没清理干净，只是简单打扫了下。

Расположение великолепное, для Нячанга в меру тихий район. Из окна красивый вид на море. Наличие балкона это плюс. У нас был 5й этаж и номер 501 (в нем был чайник, маленький холодильник, кондиционер и телевизор), а вот в номере 503 балкона вообще не было. Часто наблюдали как постояльцы с этого номера бегали на 7й этаж, чтобы вывесить на просушку свои полотенца. Из всех 3х номеров на 5м этаже для остановки на пару недель лучшим был номер 502 за счет небольшой кухоньки, средних размеров холодильника и площади побольше, чем у нас, но и цена соответственно выше. На 7м этаже есть отдельная зона для отдыха (по вечерам там довольно мило) и помещение со стиральными машинами. Отель компактный - именно такой и искали. Гипермаркет Lotte Mart в шаговой доступности и это здорово - обеды на фудкорте обеспечены, выпечка разная, кулинария, пицца, суши и т.д. Цены достаточно дешевые по сравнению с другими супермаркетами. Пляж в 5 мин ходьбы и это не самая загруженная часть пляжа, а если отклониться в сторону Института Пастера вообще людей почти нет (возле Лотоса яблоку упасть негде). Далековато от центральных мест развлечений, но для нас это был плюс. В отеле в меру тихо и комфортные номера, хоть и не супер современные. Второй бы раз снова выбрала этот отель, не смотря на ряд минусов. Завтраки не входят, но сразу же направо и налево от входа в отель можно купить кофе и вкусную вьетнамскую street food (напр., бон ми). Каждый день на ресепшене были выставлены стеклянные бутылки (0,5 л) с питьевой водой. Приятная улыбчивая хозяйка, которая знает русский язык - иногда это спасало...
Уборка только по вывешенной табличке, но уборка не всегда включала мытье полов. Балкон так ни разу и не помыли. Смена полотенец при уборке постоянно, а вот со сменой постельного белья сложнее, мы так и не поняли почему... Надо было ходить и просить отдельно. В итоге за 19 ночей пребывания только 1 раз сменили. В номере были маленькие муравьи - хорошо брала средство борьбы с ними с собой, однако все равно было неприятно, так как не оставишь ничего на столе и не дай бог капнешь соком с фруктов на пол.

This is the best place we stayed for whole our journey
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The receptionist was extremely professional, spoke excellent English, and was incredibly kind and friendly. She made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also want to mention how professionally a small issue was handled. Rather than focusing on the problem itself, I was impressed by how quickly, calmly, and efficiently the staff resolved it. Their excellent customer service and genuine care made all the difference.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
