Very clean large room. Central location. Quite area not far from the beach. Walkable to the busier areas. Helpful staff. Great view from rooftop.

Everything in general was good
There is no option to block the sun light through the windows, there weren’t curtains thick enough to close. The only payment way is by CASH. And there is no division for the shower in the bathroom.

Le personnel de l’accueil ne parle pas un mot d’anglais un calvaire pour se faire comprendre même avec un traducteur, le ménage n’est pas passé, lit extrêmement dur

My room had obvious water damage, so it smelled unpleasant. It was dirty, not just the floor, but also the towels and bed linens. It appeared someone had smoked in the room previously; due to the inadequate cleaning, ash could be found scattered throughout. The towels were also old and practically falling apart. When I asked to change rooms, this was refused, as "all rooms were booked". However, rooms were still advertised online.
The hotel has great potencial but unfortunately it is not up to par yet.
We arrived on the 27/01 at around 2pm. Receptionist (female) was not welcoming at all and could barely speak English. Besides that she didn’t even know we had a reservation. It took her a moment to figure it out.
We booked a deluxe room with balcony on the 3rd floor with sea view and we were assigned room number 301. Room had barely no sea view! And I booked for this specific reason. There was also no fridge in the room and no complementary water either. Shower was nice but the whole bathroom was wet after showering.
After checking-in we received a message saying the room door was broken and we had to take another room that would cost us 350.000.000 VND but we had already paid 450.000.000 VND at check-in. The price on Booking was 430.000.000 VND by the way.
After talking to another receptionist who talked to her manager, she confirmed the room was 430k VND and gave me back 20k. She also said that the room booked is the one we were assigned even though there was no sea view.
We wanted to stay another night but after all this, we decided to change hotels. At the check-out, the same receptionist at the check-in, didn’t even greet us or said good morning. No expression at all. Working in hospitality I was baffled by her behavior.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even though it looks good on the pictures.
Очень понравился номер, большой.Было всё чисто.Предоставляют чай, кофе, вода на ресепшене.Девушка на ресепшене помогла заказать такси.
Душ рядом с унитазом, всё в воде, после принятия душа, надо какую-то тряпку оставлять, чтобы вытирать пол, иначе в туалет не зайдешь
