Quite understaffed during our stay maybe because there's a lot of guests. Repeatedly asked for water in our room since there was initially none.

Still the best to spend our annual staycation.
Pros:

Breakfast is ok for the price per night. Clean. Location is the best as it was a little bit away from the busiest area.

Cons:

They were a bit understaffed at that time since they were fully booked and had to follow up 3 to 4 times.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were gracious and accommodating.
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There were only limited food choices at the buffet breakfast. There was no tapa and bacon and the quality of the food was only passable. I didn’t try to drink the coffee because it looked too dark even after they refilled it.

Pleasant while it lasted, as mentioned the water in the room made me sick.
Pros:

Location and staff. Breakfast was wonderful.

Cons:

Water provided in the room made me sick, I was down for 5 days nearly my entire vacation I had fever and diarrhea. It would be better for them not to offer any domestic water albeit sealed in a glass bottle as guests have a different idea of water safety. Commercial water bottles maybe a safer option, though not eco friendly.

Its a good rest
Pros:

Its accessible, breakfast is good..
Pool is heated its nice, staff are courteous and helpfull

Cons:

the beds are not comfortable for my preference..
Their check-in is late 3PM, we arrived late and our room is not yet ready….
But they allowed us late check out

Majority of the staff were kind and accomodating.

Cons:

The breakfast spread could be improved. As the hotel is in Tagaytay, it would be nice if it served strong barako coffee. The breakfast options were also limited but good.
