Neat and clean rooms. Quite spacious also.

1) Расположение прям около Мэйн Базар Роуд, самое то, кому нужно затариваться или укатывать с вокзала Дели (15 минут пешком).
2) Классно что было ТИХО, высыпались хорошо, если в холле никто не шумел.
3) Завтраки могут сделать что-то НЕ острое, готовят в течение получаса, завтраки с 7 утра до 12 дня (это прям жирный +).
4) Матрасы индийские, твердые, нам это очень нравится.
5) Телевизор хороший тоже, чайник в номере есть, кофе-чай-сливки, воду дают прям с запасом.
6) Вентилятор + кондиционер работали исправно.
7) Доброжелательный персонал, улыбчивый и вежливый, приходят по первому зову (прибрать, занести, унести).
1) Тараканы. Увы, но это реалии отеля, где едят в номере. По другому не будет, тараканы явно прикормлены, даже в холодильнике тусят.
2) В один день должны были выезжать в Агру рано утром, и я вечером заранее заказала завтрак к 7:45. Не принесли. Причина "я забыл, проспал". Это прям жирный минус. К таким вещам надо относиться очень внимательно.
3) Вода горячая по ЗАПРОСУ. Вы включаете кран - звоните на ресепшн и просите воду. Через 10 минут у вас есть горячая вода. Ну такое)))
4) Окна нет и это МИНУС, несмотря на "чистоту" воздуха в Дели. Лучше пыльный воздух, чем никакого.

The bathroom drainage is not well and AC is not working, on complaint they just took room key from us for fixing things but problem was not solved.
The locate
The room was dirty. We reserved transportation to the airport and it was late because the forgot to do the reservation.
Great location, right in the heart of the Main Bazaar! Excellent rooms, exactly as shown in the photos! Great internet! And the entire staff is kind and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel!

המקום הכי טוב במיין בזאר שתי דקות הליכה מבית חב״ד המנהל והצוות מאוד נחמדים ועוזרים בכל דבר שצריך עזרו לי בהכל
מים מגבות וכל דבר אחר מביאים כמה שרוצים
לא הרגשתי מרומה מהם בכלל אנשים טובים באמת אחרי תקרית בדרך מהשדה למלון יש עזרו

Very good service! Especially Syed Guddu, from the travel agency Dolphin India Tour, who has office in the Pearl Hotel our Indiatrip, organised and adviced a perfect program including driver, guide, tickets for the flights inside India, hotels ( good choices) and hones advice what is worth to see/do and not. Also during the trip he helped and adviced by phone or message. Without him our trip would be less effective, less nice and probably much more expensive... Also the help in the hotel was very good.
There was nothing what we did not like in the hotel.
The Hotel Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Great location + within walking to New Delhi Railway Station
There is a travel desk at the hotel which we did use. They planned us a 6 day itinerary with hotels and a driver. This was an excellent experience. Guddu was the travel planner and Salbat was the driver. Their knowledge of Rajastan was really good.

Staff is so humble and supportive
The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable (for us). The air conditoner and fan work fine. Breakfast is served in the room, there isn't a dining room. They bring what you ordered the night before to your room at the time you ask.
The staff is the best feature of this hotel. They are so nice and helpful in every aspect. Beginning with the doorman (sorry I didn't write his name), that didn't let us once open the door ourselves, meeting at reception by Satvinder's beautiful smile. Mr. Mukesh always around. The young Wasim and Manu working around the clock, Mr Sayed arranging travels and cabs, and Mr Ravi, that seems never goes home. All welcoming, asking about our trips and experiences and helping in any way they could. It seems that Mr Behel (whom we met the last day) makes them feel well at his hotel, because they smiled whenever we met them.
The hot water sistem should be more efficient to avoid waste.
The street is noisy, but at night it gets more quiet.
