Clean
Tv didn’t work they moved us only cause they had a cancel which was a cheaper room but still paid full for a king that we didn’t have. They tried to fix but so far on my credit card it’s a lot more no credit just more charges will check it again in couple of days to see if it has been fixed
THe fact that hte message light kept flashing on the phone and when I called the desk they said that happens. And the fan in the bathroom quit working.
The beds was comfortable, it was clean, it was quite, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was great
The only thing I had a problem with is for some reason the pictures showed a pool and said it had a pool but no pool

Our rooms air conditioner kept shutting off in the middle of the night & we had to continuously get up & turn it back on
Also our TV would randomly shut off while we were watching it

Over $100 I think should have a pool, so priced a bit high
The Breakfast buffet was fine. Had Oatmeal, fruit.
The price. Because this was booked during an MSU Football game, prices always seem to be much higher than normal.

I had a last minute travel emergency and I found this one after looking. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Mold on walls, weird smell everywhere. The hotel employees are beyond disrespectful. If I could’ve picked any other hotel, I would. And I should’ve.
