En general,me gustó.Una ubicación maravillosa,sin ruidos .Un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro

El hotel me gustó, cambiaría la ropa de cama y la moqueta .La piscina me encantó, pero no estaba todo lo limpia que debería estar.Con solo prestarle un poco de atención a ésto, sería perfecta

Las colchas ,por favor.Va siendo hora de cambiarlas .Y las almohadas tambien.Y el desayuno muy repetitivo

Отличный отель с прекрасным расположением в самом центре Старого города. Номера чистые, уютные и комфортные. Персонал очень вежливый, доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Остались только самые приятные впечатления от проживания.

Cons:

Недостатков не заметил. Всё было на высоком уровне.

Staff accogliente, ricca colazione, pulizia della struttura.

Cons:

Piscina molto piccola, perennemente impegnata dai bambini, impossibilità di utilizzarla in relax . Personalmente non ho avuto modo di utilizzarla per questo, nonostante avessi prenotato apposta questo hotel.
Le foto ingannano parecchio.

Worth the location only
Pros:

The location is perfect but the pictures are not the same as in real. Rooms are very small like of ventilation and breakfast is very bad. We never spoke with staff they are very disconnected

Cons:

Breakfast options, the food is not fresh , by the 3rd day any from the group ate as we were very tired of the unflavoured food

Staff location breakfast amazing hotel needs to be refurbished
Pros:

Staff where amazing couldn't ask for more from thtm
Breakfast was spot on
Location perfect
Hammam was brilliant

Cons:

Rooms small
Ac didnt work for the first 3 nights kept tripping out and when it did work was cooling room uncomfortable nights in heat and uncomfortable mattresses
Children covered in bed bug bites
Swimming pool 5 ft deep in all areas no shallow end as mentioned
Steam room never worked sauna was on for the first 2 days then didn't work
All showers need improving as rain function didn't really work just water coming out one side throughout hotel in rooms and spa area

Bra och respektfull personal. Bra frukost.

Cons:

Dålig ventilation på rum och byggnaden. Fläkten på rummet slocknade av sig själv varenda dag då behövde vi ringa till receptionen hela tiden.
