High price for mid end hotel
Pros:

Location is beautiful.
Facilities is still new and nice.

Cons:

Check in and out is a hassle, not up to standard like other high end hotel, or even the lower end one.
Need better service or if there is no service, might as well be a self service apartment.

Pros:

친절하신 직원들덕에 편안한 여행이었습니다. 수영복 안챙겨와서 너무 아쉽더라구요.

Cons:

협탁에 먼지가 있었고, 객실 들어갔을때 락스 냄새가 많이 났고, 화장실 휴지가 너무 얇고, 여유화장지가 젖었다가 말랐는데 그런걸 놨뒀더라구요.

진통제 같은 상비약은 호텔내 편의점에 구비해 놓으면 좋겠습니다.
대부분의 직원이 친절하였으나 체크인 당담자는 사무적이어서 호텔 첫인상이 좋지 않았습니다.
해외 호텔 체크인 방침 처럼 얼리체크인이 어렵더라도 미리 도착한 경우 서류 작업과 방배정을 미리 하고 후에 방이 준비되면 키를 받아 올라가면 대기 시간이 단축되고 직원들도 효율적으로 일할수 있을것 같습니다.

첫 숙박 이벤트로 회원가입시 레이트체크아웃 1시간 연장 해서 12시 체크아웃이었는데 추가로 1시간 무료연장 해줘서 여유있게 수영장 이용하고 푹 쉬다 왔네요

I enjoyed are stay and wish we had time to stay longer.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

If I had to find something I didn't like it was that it wasn't closer to town but it really wasn't a problem because the hotel called a taxi for us and it was there within a couple of minutes.
