Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältinis ist mehr als schlecht, absolut überteuerte Ferienwohnung, auch in der Hauptsaison. KEIN Luxus-Appartement.
Keine Ansprechperson ist vor Ort, Kontakt läuft lediglich über SMS und über Booking.com. Bei Problemen keine Reaktion.
Auch die Beschreibung über booking.com war irreführend. Wir dachten, dass wir einen privaten Whirlpool haben. Erst nach genauem nachlesen, natürlich nach der Buchung und vor Ort, wurde uns bewusst, dass lediglich die teuere Nachbarferienwohnung diesen Whirlpool hat.
Das Smartschloss an der Türe war nicht vorhanden, warum musste ich dann eine App hierfür vor Anreise herunterladen und bekam dazu eine Anleitung? Es gab nur ein Schlüssel, schwierig wenn mehrere Personen unabhängig von einander etwas unternehmen möchten.
Die Küchenausstattung war mehr als dürftig. Kein Wasserkocher, wenig Teller (3 Teller bei einer möglichen Belegung von 4 Personen). Die Töpfe und Pfannen passen nicht gemeinsam auf den Herd, nur eine Pfanne oder Topf konnte jeweils genutzt werden, kochen in Etappen.
Im Badezimmer fehlte der Föhn, die Lüftung war sehr stark und es war unangenehm kalt und zugig zum Duschen.
Das dritte Bett, welches ein Sofa war, musste selbst bezogen werden obwohl drei Personen angemeldet und eingecheckt waren.
Auf dem Balkon fehlte der Liegestuhl, die Lampen waren defekt (auch nach schriftlicher Kontaktaufnahme wurde sich nicht darum gekümmert geschweige den geantwortet) , die Tischumrandung löste sich ab und auf.
Der Schrank im Schlafzimmer ist verzogen und ließ sich nur schlecht öffnen.
Die ganze Wohnung roch immer, auch nach ausgiebigem lüften muffig und unangenehm. Außerdem war alles feucht und klamm, sehr unangenehm wenn man sich ins Bett legt oder die Kleidung dauerhaft feucht ist.
Der Parkplatz war einer der größten Ärgernisse. Wie sich herausstellte muss man sich einen Parkplatz mit einer anderen Wohnung teilen, bzw. mussten die Autos hintereinander geparkt werden.

Its a catfish, not “luxury” at all. The pictures are mostly from a different appartment, than what we got. Its small, the furniture is torn, the pillows are dirty, lamps in the bedroom have stains all over /mold maybe/, the balcony floor was sticking from dirt and spilled drinks, cigarettes on the floor… The pool at the complex is aprox. 5x2m and its at a small closed place. If this is luxury, I dont want to know what is “normal” at this rental…. Its definitely not worth its price.
Megtévesztés, nem kizárólag ennek a lakásnak a képeivel van hirdetve az apartman, nem azt kaptuk, amit vártunk volna azok alapján, ez minden, csak nem “luxury”. Az apartman pici, a bútor szakadt, a díszpárnák koszosak, foltosak, a hálóban a lámpák foltosak /penész szerű/, a terasz padlója ragadt valamitól és állt rajta vastagon a kosz, cigarettacsikk fogadott a földön, ahogy kiléptem a teraszajtón. A közös medence kb 5x2m egy ici pici, zárt helységben. Ha ennél a cégnél ez a “luxus”, akkor nem szeretném tudni, hogy mi a “normál”. Egyáltalán nem éri meg ár-érték arányban.

One parking space for two apartments. What kind of idea is that?? to argue with someone when they leave, when they arrive ..... for example: We couldn't agree with our neighbor and the reception called me several times to make an agreement, but the neighbor next door didn't want to agree ..... terrible, terrible, terrible .... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT
Opening and closing the door vith the application. In my opinion, it's not a good idea, what if your cell phone runs out or you run out of mobile data. A better solution is keys in a box with a code.

The unit is very small, very basic. When we arrive it was really dirty ( They cleaned it afterwards), the parking is shared with another apartment - so we had to park outside a lot. The staff is not nice.

It's really a shame that owners or people who manage Apartment doesn't communicate with guests on English or German language, very difficult situation to communicate with them :/ Also we payd to them 10eur pro day for parking place witch we shared with someone else, parking place nr 34 belong to Apartment Casa B but they are renting it on same time to other people or Apartment which cause chaos with parking. Sauna was also out off service, smart lock on Apartment doesn't exist so don't waste your time to follow procedure installing smart app to your device to unlock your Apartment.We highly recommend to owner that they need to find a way to communicate with guests on English or German language.
