Fabulous location for a super comfy getaway.
Pros:

Location was beautiful. Bedroom tasteful and super comfy. We ate in the Thai Restaurant which was first class. All staff were friendly, efficient and went out of their way to ensure our stay was unforgettable.
Breakfast was also great!

Cons:

I didn't like that we'd only booked for one night!!

Lovely stay with a few pointers
Pros:

Comfortable clean rooms with outstanding amenities, soft duvet and pillows. The quirkiness was even amazing to my disbelief.

Cons:

Staircases are very steep and it's carpet not so clean compared to the rooms, the main entrance is through a restaurant that was closed and dark which seemed unwelcoming and creepy for me as I got in. It would be better to have a separate entrance to the rooms. I checked in late at 7pm and found that the receptionist had already left and I had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to come and let me into my room.

Beautiful place, great location and very clean
Pros:

Excellent location with a 6 minute drive to Alton towers. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. The room was beautifully clean. Thank you for a lovely stay

Pros:

So close to Alton towers, lovely scenic garden outside, Thai food was amazing and the staff was so nice and accommodating!

Cons:

The only thing was the bed was a little stiff but other than that everything was spot on!

Pros:

We stayed here as it was close to Alton Towers, the location was perfect and very pretty. The room was comfortable and clean, staff friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious

Very close to Alton towers only 3 minute car journey. Was great to have the talbot inn next door. Room was clean and comfortable

Great location and does exactly as would be expected in a no drama way.
Pros:

The hotel has ample parking and was booked as a stay for the Alton Towers theme park which worked amazing, this is a very short drive away. The hotel is clean and has facilities that do as they should with no fuss. They also have a very picturesque garden and seating area outside by the river where we sat for the evenings. Staff are really nice and friendly.
