ビジネス目的としては安価かつ十分な質であった。県庁や合同庁舎へ用があるなら第一候補になるホテルだと思う。
Pros:

美咲合同庁舎に訪れる用があったため利用した。早割により一泊8000円以下で利用できたが、期待以上であった。
合同庁舎と県庁へは徒歩圏内であった。
部屋やお風呂は清掃が行き届いていた。また近くのコンビニ（100mほど）を利用したときにわりばしをもらい損ねたが、ホテル受付からわりばしをもらうことができたのが良かった。

Cons:

電子レンジが一階の一つしかない。
受付横のセルフサービスのコーヒーは夜間に使えない。
時期にもよるだろうが朝食が混む。
壁が薄いがビジネスホテルとしては許容範囲。
