Great hotel for a family vacation, we really enjoyed our trip to Venice.

A must when visiting Venice
Pros:

One of the best hotels I stayed in. The room was amazing, facilities were superb and the staff were very welcoming. Location is also really good, walking distance to almost everywhere. Definitely coming back

Très bon séjour dans une belle ville et des vénitiens attachants.
Pros:

Très bon petit déjeuner, chambre spacieuse et bien décorée, avec une touche de luxe très agréable. Tout le personnel est très agréable.

Amazing stay thanks to the friendly staff
Pros:

Amazing hotel.Lovely quieter location within walking distance of all sites.What made it for us was the warm welcome by staff, a free upgrade, a trip to Murano Glass factory and the delicious plentiful breakfast.Staff at breakfast were so nice
..dotes.The bar is class with a lovely sitting area to enjoy a night cap in.Fabulous big room with a lovely jacuzzi.Could not fault this hotel or the staff.Wonderful stay.Grazie mille!

Ubicación excelente, frente al Zattere,con paradas de vaportto y Alilaguna cerca.
Desayuno muy conmpleto y bueno.Habitación con todo lo necesario y vistaa los maravillosos techos venecianos.

Cons:

Habría querido un poco mas largo el horario de desayuno, especialmente sábado y domingo.
El resto, perfecto, incluido el bar y el lobby

Sehr zentral gelegen,gesamtes Personal super nett und freundlich, Frühstück perfekt alles da was man braucht und keine Kaffeeautomaten! Überraschungsgeschenk für meine Frau zum Geburtstag! Whirlpool auf dem Balkon der auch im Februar funktioniert! Super nettes Barteam.

Muy agradable, bien ubicado fuera del mogollón turístico.
Pros:

la ubicación es muy tranquila cerca del centro pero suficientemente alejada del mogollón turístico. La limpieza, la atención fantástica. La habitación amplia, la cama muy cómoda. Sin duda recomendable para una visita a Venecia.

El precio de los cocteles del bar un poco alto.

Estancia perfecta
Pros:

La habitación era grande y muy cómoda. El desayuno del bufet muy bueno y completo.

Cons:

Por poner una pega... Las paredes eran de papel y a pesar de que la primera noche no pudimos descansar bien, supieron solventar bien el problema para la segunda noche.
