Comfort and customer service at its best.
Pros:

We were blessed with a room upgrade which was a welcome surprise, as I had enquired about this in the lead up to our trip and been told the hotel was fully booked. As I mentioned the stay was for my birthday, we also found a bottle of chilled prosecco and beautiful flowers in the room, which unfortunately I couldn't take home. Thank you so much for this acknowledgement. We were especially grateful for the recommendations for late night eating and drinking at a square a short walk away, and also enjoyed our cocktails and conversations at the hotel bar. The location is ideal, in our opinion, allowing for good walks to busier areas, while providing a comfortable space to retreat. Would definitely recommend and hope to return one day, for a longer stay, and to try the breakfast.

Cons:

There isn't anything to dislike about this hotel. We stayed in a classic room and would have preferred the mirror to be closer to natural light and, perhaps, a few more hangers for our clothes. However, this is minor and did not impact our experience.

Pros:

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Palazzo Veneziano. The staff was exceptional from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent dinner recommendations and arranging both our gondola ride and private water taxi, which made our visit seamless.

The location was fantastic—easy to reach whether arriving by water taxi or car, and situated in a great neighborhood that felt less crowded while still being convenient to explore Venice.

The outstanding service and ideal location made our stay memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Palazzo Veneziano to anyone visiting Venice.

Pros:

We were very pleased with the service at the front desk. They helped by recommending restaurants, tourist attractions and most importantly, directions. Even with a heatwave of over 90 degrees F, the temperature was very comfortable in the nice lounge, bar, and breakfast areas. The room was a little warm since the thermostat had controls to only to go down to 18 degrees C.

Cons:

Cost was high but it was very convenient location. Also we did not have to carry luggage on any boats. We saw many people struggling with their luggage on & off city water buses.

Modernes Hotel in Dorsoduro und überraschendes Zimmerupgrade
Pros:

Ein sehr modernes und schickes Hotel im schönen Stadtteil Dorsoduro. Wir möchten uns für das unglaublich tolle Zimmerupgrade bedanken. Das Zimmer war einfach traumhaft, inklusive Blick auf den kleinen Kanal. Das Personal am Empfang, beim Frühstück und an der Bar waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und haben den Aufenthalt nochmal verschönert. Mille Grazie

Very nice hotel, would recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area.
Pros:

Amazing room, we loved the view along canal. Very clean, tidy & cosy.
The location of this hotel makes it very easy to access the old town Venice.
