שרות מדהים, הולכים לקראתך מעל ומעבר. עובדת דלפק דוברת קצת עברית, תודה מיוחדת עבורה על השרות. כל בקשה התקבלה בחיוב ובחיוך. הג'קוזי מתוחזקים היטב, כמו כל הניקיון הוא ללא רבב. גם מצב המלון מושלם, ללא רמז לעובש או ריקבון. מומלץ מאוד!

המיקום לא במרכז, אז לא מתאים לכולם, לנו התאים, המחיר גם בהתאם, אנחנו אוהבים לטייל ברגל. ארוחת בוקר טובה בסה"כ, אבל יש מקום לשיפור.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, dalla posizione (secondo me zona più bella di Venezia), alle camere arredate benissimo e super pulite, non c’era neanche un granello di polvere o una macchietta. Il personale che è gentilissimo e la colazione che è buonissima. Uno dei motivi per cui voglio tornare a Venezia è sicuramente soggiornare in questo hotel.

Romana was amazing!
Pros:

I recently stayed at Hotel Palazzo Veneziano from the evening of February 25 until the early morning of February 27, and it was a wonderful experience.

A special thank you to Romana at the reception desk. She was absolutely lovely and incredibly professional. She speaks several languages fluently and kindly helped me understand how the water taxi and vaporetto system works, which made navigating Venice much easier for me. I arrived in the city to celebrate my birthday, and Romana was especially empathetic and thoughtful in helping me plan how to get to the places I wanted to visit that day. Her warmth and cheerful attitude made a real difference and was a very touching part of my stay.

The rest of the staff were also consistently helpful and welcoming.

The hotel itself is beautiful and offers a perfect blend of local Venetian culture and modern comfort. Small details such as the stunning Murano glass sink in the bathroom give the space a unique character and a sense of place. At the same time, everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed.

I slept wonderfully both nights. Staying in a historic building that has been modernized with all the comforts of a contemporary hotel was honestly one of the highlights of my trip. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.

Une excellent adresse pour un séjour dans un quartier moins touristique. Bravo!
Pros:

Super hôtel: Localisation, confort, propreté, personnel. Un sans-faute. Petit-déjeuner copieux et très varié. Chambre très calme. Excellent choix de restaurants très proches. Quartier vraiment sympathique, comptant plus de Vénitiens que de touristes.

Cons:

Prévoyez de prendre le petit-déjeuner avant 9.30 AM car ensuite c'est un peu le rush. Mais c'est ainsi dans le monde entier!

Lovely spot to tour venice, easy access to stations and airport.
Pros:

Location was excellent, staff were very helpful, bed was really comfy and breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Our first room had windows that i had to get on all fours to look out of. This room was not identified on the website or when I booked. The hotel upgraded us for our second night which was fab.

Excellent location and friendly staff
Pros:

Convenient location. All staff were friendly and always with a smile. I like the bar at lobby, enjoyed talking to the bar staff about grappa. Will stay there again.
