Pros:

Location was great, property very nicely decorated and nice clean rooms. Excellent service.

Cons:

My less preferred was the breakfast room. It was nice but the room felt closed in. Given the garden or canal behind the hotel, the room could be more ‘open’ to the outside.

Comfortable, convenient and lovely — a wonderful stay
Pros:

Excellent staff, location, room size. Breakfast was fantastic. Overall facility was nice as well. Room was quiet and clean. Bath was great size as well, especially the shower.we have recommended the hotel to family coming to Venice later this year.

Cons:

Pillows were not comfortable… flat. This is a minor complaint compared to overall experience.

Quiet neighbourhood. Close to city centre. Beautiful sunsets

My stay at Palazzo Veneziano – Venice Collection in Dorsoduro was a truly delightful experience and a highlight of my time in Venice.

The hotel is located in the charming and quieter Dorsoduro district, which offers a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the busy tourist hubs, yet remains well-connected to all major attractions. One of the biggest advantages is the proximity to a vaporetto (water bus) station, making it very easy to get around the city.

The hotel arranged a private airport transfer for €95. While the service was smooth and convenient, the cost did feel quite steep compared to other transport options. However, it did provide a seamless and stress-free arrival experience.

What really stood out was the exceptional customer care. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and always willing to help, ensuring that every aspect of the stay was comfortable and well-managed.

We had booked a canal view room, and it was absolutely worth it. Waking up to the serene canal views and enjoying the beautiful sunsets right from the room was a memorable experience. The peaceful surroundings of the neighborhood added to the charm, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Venice.

The breakfast was another highlight—generous, well-prepared, and offering a great variety to start the day on a high note.

Overall, Palazzo Veneziano combines a fantastic location, excellent service, and beautiful accommodations. Despite the slightly expensive airport transfer, the overall experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic stay in Venice.
