Demasiado caro

La ubicación

Cons:

Pagamos para 6 pero no estaba preparado en menaje para 6 personas. El sofá cama es súper incómodo, se clavaban las tablas y sonaba en cada movimiento. Uno de los dormitorios que dan al salón no tiene pared de separación y es como si estuviéramos todos en el salón, poquísima intimidad. De todos los alojamientos del Camino éste fue el más caro, el más pequeño y el más incómodo.

Appartamento molto carino e accogliente. Arredamento nuovo e moderno. Un po' piccolo per 6 persone ma adatto per 4. Bagno eccezionale. Ottima posizione. Personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo trovato nella struttura cibo e acqua.

Todo muy nuevo y limpio. El alojamiento muy buen aclimatados veníamos con frío y hemos estado la mar de agusto

"Sale-and-switch" of booking is dishonest business practice. Facility not suited for families.
Pros:

Good location I think on the Camino route. There is not another city near by in that section of the Camino. The place is about 700 meters away from the Camino route. A good rest place during the long walks.

Cons:

The facility did a "sale-and-switch" on our booking. The original booking was for an apartment, with all the listed nice ammenities, with an assigned floor number and apartment number. The day before we were asked to do an online check-in. Then we received an email that swapped the apartment room to a hostel type.
We didn't even realize the swap until we were already at the large complex and couldn't figure out which building or door to go to. We had to call the contact number to find out. Of course it didn't help when the facility has no one on site, the person on the call likely had never been to the place to know the setup, the language barrier, and the international roaming.
The room is not designed in a way to accommodate a family for any privacy. Idiotic in my opinion...there is not a separate bathroom for toilet and bath in your room. The toilet has a door alright but opens to the whole room opening. The shower has a glass door but opens facing the whole room opening. The sinks are in the room opening. The four bunker beds are in the room opening. No privacy whatsoever. You cannot take your change clothes into the shower and there is no place outside the shower to put your clothes without people in the room seeing the shower.
The little fridge in our room didn't work. The hostel itself has a microwave and hot water kettle shared among the five or six rooms.

Giocano sulle parole, tree e three ho prenotato un appartamento come negli altri giorni di tre camere invece loro intendevano tre alberi. Quindi non siamo riusciti ad alloggiare in 4 persone come negli altri appartamenti. Ho dovuto pagare un'altro hotel per soggiornare ad Arca.

Nice little stopover spot for those on the Camino.
Pros:

Nicely sized apartment with good facilities.

Cons:

Sadly the bed itself was not the most comfortable for a bigger guy and I didn’t get a great night of sleep
