As for the location, if you are arriving by subway at Hakata station, the subway East 6/7 exit is very near the hotel. When you get off the subway train, the subway platform has access to the west, central, and east exits, you want to head to an east exit. We observed that the crowd gravitated towards the central and west exits. If you are traveling by other train lines to Hakata station, you can also access the East6/7 exits. Hakata station is a maze and it took us a while to figure out how to get to the East 6/7 exits consistently if we're coming in from other train lines or finding food. One easy way we found was to get to the central area first (where they have the information counter and JR Ticket office), and then go back down (decalator) to get to the East 6/7 exits. These exits are particularly useful when the weather is bad and if you want to avoid the crowds. Another thing to note is that the East 6 exit has steps, while the East 7 exit has escalators and an elevator. From the East 7 exit, you will have to cross the street to get to the hotel though.
For the amenities, there was a useful LG cabinet appliance that could dry or refresh clothes which we used a lot to dry items that came out slightly wet from the dryer. It also helped reduce the wrinkles for dresses that my wife used.
The filter in the laundry dryers were well kept, I always checked if they were clogged up with lint, but never had to deal with cleaning it up, which was great.
We booked a room for 3 and rooms would typically come with 2 sets of pillows. While the hotel didn't assure it, they were able to fulfill my request for another set of pillows.
The lobby had a coffee machine and a large table for 8 which could be used by anyone for dinning, working, packing, etc. A luggage scale was also by the hotel entrance. The hotel lounge/breakfast hall was also available for guests to use between 4pm - 10pm as of writing.
The hotel only had a pair of washers and and a pair of dryers on the 1st floor. Queueing to use them were fairly common in the late afternoon to the evening. I wish they had more laundry machines.
There also wasn't any vending machines in the hotel, there were some a couple of buildings down the alley, but you have to step out of the hotel.
The AC was a little tricky for us, we couldn't find the temp that was just right for us. The Auto or Cold mode of the AC would shut off when it reaches the set temperature, including the blower...and we found ourselves feeling hot under the comforter in the middle of the night many times. The position of the AC vent also faced the headboard, and we had to hide or faces to avoid the cold air coming from the vents.
I also found that the ceiling lights were in odd spots that were not very functional. There were 3 ceiling lights, one in the entrance hallway, one above the sofa, and one above the foot of the bed...the lights above the sofa and bed could have been moved towards the paths to make it easier to sort items while working with the luggage.
The carpets in the room and the corridor were also very dark gray...almost black (if not black)...which made it impossible to tell if the carpets were clean.
There's a karaoke place at the corner of the street, and they happen to have their smoking area at the corner too. We didn't like having to walk through the smell of cigarette smoke each time we headed out.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Fukuoka and were very pleased with our choice. By Japanese standards, the room was surprisingly spacious, with two queen-sized beds that made our stay especially comfortable.
The location is excellent, with easy access to Hakata Station. Do note that there are two Hotel Forza properties in the area, but both appear to be conveniently located.
We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful in-room amenities, including the LG clothing care system/dryer-sanitizer, a pants presser, and a bathtub for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The water pressure was also excellent, something we always appreciate when travelling.
Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped hotel with larger-than-average rooms and a great location. We would happily stay here again.
Slow lift!
Good location next to Hakata station. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable.
Nothing - it met all expectations and we had a comfortable stay.
