Pros:

Room was very clean.

Cons:

The Toilet Flush needs a bit of work. After flushing the water keeps running into the bowl and the cistern does not refill. You need to press the flusher about four times before the water stops running.

Pros:

Beautiful views from the room

Cons:

The space is a bit tiny, the host came across as passive aggressive. There was no detail on what facilities were available and where to find them. The building has a bit of an unusual elevator system and I would have found it nice to be given an idea of how everything works.
The toilet was broken and he said he'd get a plumber in the next day, but was quiet till I left.

Easy reach of where I wanted to go.
Pros:

Nice apartment, bit on the small side, but good for one.
View of the sea, bay, was a plus.
Short walk up to middle Long street.

The building was perfectly located, and my room offered an amazing view of the ocean and the Cape Wheel, which looks beautiful at night.
And the room was clean and in a good state

Unpleasant Stay

Cons:

The room was definitely not up to standard.
The cupboard doors were broken and we were unable to make use of them.
The bedding was dirty and stained, and after requesting the owner to have the bedding changed, our entire stay passed and nobody bothered to come to change our bedding, as a result we were left with the dirty, stained bedding.
The drains in the bathroom gave off very unpleasant smells and were clogging.
The toilet roll holder in the bathroom was also broken and unable to be used.
We were only provided with 1 toilet roll for the duration of our 3 night stay.
We were also only provided with 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel, yet the room was booked to accomodate two guests.
The check in staff at the reception were very unhelpful, rude and unpleasant.
Overall a really unpleasant experience and I will not recommend this room and will not book here again.
