Pros:

The property wasn’t that great—just okay. It’s about 2 km from Mall Road. However, the hotel staff were very polite and helpful, and their behaviour was good.

Cons:

The room and other areas of the property were not very clean. My room was on the ground floor, and it felt quite stuffy and uncomfortable.
