Pros:

The staff was irresponsible and canceled my Confirmed booking, even after repeated requests from my side. The contact number of hotel, provided by booking.com was also wrong. The staff also refused to tell his name and insisted me to cancel my booking, as they wanted to accommodate another customer from "make my trip" website. Pathetic service.

Staff was very helpful they directed to location helped with local sightseeing The food at restaurant was good. Reception staff Kaushik was very supportive. Rooms were cleaned daily. Housekeeping attended to needs l. Location is close to mall road and other places of sightseeing

Good stay at PERFECT STAYS, MALL ROAD MUSSOORIE.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful. Specially Mr ajay and rahul at front desk they were very patient to all our queries and very well informed.

Cons:

The only negative was their dining area, need to be more ventilated (windows)

Room size is small compared to other properties. Other wise staff behavior and service was above par. Would recommend to visit again.
