Bad Room Experience
Cons:

They have only one big size deluxe room as shown in the images,i booked two rooms for the same price but the size difference is just half of one room,they have only one full size deluxe room other are very small so Book this property accordingly.
And they didn't mention this thing.

Cons:

Rooms are small like cabin. Food is also below average. Even their Deluxe and Executive rooms are small.

L'hôtel Super est tres bien situé pour explorer Mussoorie à pieds. Notre chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel, notamment Kaushik Bhatt à la réception, est très agréable, sympathique et prévenant. Le restaurant sur le toit terrasse sert un bon petit déjeuner (buffet ou à la carte selon les jours). Nous conseillons sans hésiter cet hôtel !

Good location a short walk from Mussoorie Mall Road. Above average room
Pros:

Staff responsive to problems - such as broken kettle, request for extra blanket and two broken electricity sockets. Room well equiped and comfortable by Indian hotel standards.

Cons:

Hotel group responded to booking with repeated and unwarranted requests for money transfers.
