Stay away from this hotel / apartelle. Please. 😭
Pros:

Nothing 😭

Cons:

Everything 😭 No basic bottled water or even any drinkable water, NO PILLOWS for 2 other guests, I even got a "Triple Room" but still, only got 2 pillows. We had to request for extra sheet, which should have been prepared beforehand. Very light flow of water on the comfort room and shower, no one was professional in handling customer service. The "manager" whom I talked to even needed to be educated of how QR code from Gcash works. She wasn't professional and even just respectful. The poor boy left there to "manage" knew nothing about his job as he's new, but at the very least kind of respectful. Kuddos to him but I really hope he finds himself a better job. Anyway, this was a last minute booking and I can only blame myself for booking in here without checking its reviews. It's me who should be blamed for paying for a stay I hope never happened. Lesson learned the hard way. 😭😭😭

It is a fair deal for the area we wanted to be in for the New Year.
Pros:

It was close to where we celebrated the New Years. A/c blows cold and water heater burns hot to your liking.

Cons:

Not an ideal place to bring lots of luggage with you since there are no elevators. No wifi but we were told they will have it installed this year. Mosquitos coming from bathroom so we kept the door closed.
