Thank god it was only for a night

Only the location.

Cons:

Paint peeling of walls, stained flooring, dirty cupboards and sheets were not clean. In the bathroom the plumbing needs to be fixed the shower either gives boiling hot water or freezing cold water. No heating facilities, I requested and did get a space heater but it did not work it only blew air without the heat.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Saltstayz Trinity. The car parking facility made it convenient for us to explore the city. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious cuisines including Continental, North Indian, and Asian dishes. The staff was courteous and made us feel right at home during our visit.

9th Floor Hotel Saltstayz
Pros:

Saltstayz Mohali really delivered on point service with their prompt responses. Excellent hotel situated on 9th floor of the Mall with all the facilities available in the mall. Must visit property.

We have also booked saltstays previously, however, this time the experience was not as good as before. We got the room and it was really bad with a lot of dampness on the walls and it looked really old. We asked for a room change, and they did change it immediately to a room with a better view. However, even the new room had dirty blankets and the flush stopped working suddenly. We asked for new blankets but every time got dirty ones. We eventually got cleaner blankets the third time. The washroom also did not have body wash as well and we had to ask for bathroom slippers all the time as it isnt provided as a rule. Worst part was, I was having a shower and the water stopped coming while I had shampoo on. How can a property not have proper water supply? At this, I lost it, and straight up asked for a refund. However, the general manager was still good, he shifted our room, and inspected it personally. The staff is nice, but the facilities really need an upgarde.

Pros:

I have stayed at SaltStayz on multiple occasions and the experience has been consistently excellent.
The standout aspect of every stay has been the front desk team—particularly Simran and Aman. Both have been extraordinarily supportive and professional. Due to my work schedule, I was often returning very late at night, yet they remained attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful at all times. Nothing ever felt like an inconvenience.
The breakfast is well prepared and enjoyable, and having a mall within the same complex is a thoughtful and practical addition that adds real convenience for guests.
Overall, the service standards, facilities, and front-desk leadership make SaltStayz a place I am happy to return to and recommend without hesitation.

lot of room for improvement
Pros:

the facilities are newly constructed, rooms were spacious, great location with access to shops etc. Breakfast was decent/good.

Cons:

The linen didn't look fresh nor clean to the standard it should be. They need to do something about the noise pollution i experienced everywhere, the reception, the rooms on the different floors. The reception has SaltStayz promo video and music playing on loop right next to the presidential suites/rooms which is totally unnecessary and very noisy. I could hear staff playing music on their mobile phones while servicing the rooms, not being considerate there can be guests sleeping in the next rooms. I was literally woken up at 6am after a long night with a room resident and staff talking to each other about facilities

Location is good but overall the property is not kept well!
Pros:

The location was very convenient!

Cons:

The rooms were not cleaned. The bathroom was very dirty. The room was noisy presumably because of very thin walls and no efforts on sound proofing.
