Excellent stay for a good price
Pros:

Early check in was available. Greeted us warmly by name upon arrival. Allowed is a late check out. Location was fabulous. Breakfast had a wonderful indian and western combination. Highly recommend

Pros:

Loved the vibe, our stay was comfortable, and we had a smooth check-in. The food was amazing, really lovely hosts and well-mannered restaurant staff. Will visit again soon!

Misguided regarding the free parking and i have to ask again and again for drinking water when i enter a room no water i

Good location, no parking available even if it is written in booking.com as For you Free car parking available

Cons:

In my Booking.com Car Parking was shown free which is very important as we are travelling from outside state but when i reach i was told no parking is available and i was told to park my car inside mall where i have to pay extra 600 Rs for 2 days.
When i ask them that my parking is free as per your policy they refused and told me to park outside road where car was not safe clearly written in wall.
The main problem is that they clearly mentioned that car parking is free and i have book by giving extra money

Prime location, good bfast and service
Pros:

I liked the room, awesome tasty breakfast spread.
Room service is on top, travelled with 8th month pld baby & family, greeted very well by staff. Booked presedential suite, big spacious room.
Dal makhani of restro is good.
Good location in mohali, close to fortis
Only minus point , since hotel is in a mall, guestz have to pay parking fees
