Nice Living Serviced Accommodations 3

The room was as small as my wardrobe at home. Was dirty. Couldn't use the TV as remote was missing. After asking the owner I gave up because he told me it's in the room have a look. Took me 7 seconds of looking as room was so small then sent him another message that it wasn't there to be completely ignored.
Decided to go out for the evening and in return almost fell up the stairs and trying to find out room in the dark want easy. No lights working on the landing is dangerous. Following morning went to the kitchen down stairs to make food and a RAT jumped out the swing bin and under the sink where washing machine is.
Go back to stairs as too disgusted to bother making breakfast and decided on showering and getting ready to get out for the day.
But no towels provided at all. So went to do the next best thing and strip wash in the sink.
But nope not even a bloody plug in sink.

Had to spend another night in this dump because we paid for it and couldn't afford anywhere else.
Wouldn't even wish this place on my worse enemy to stay in. Especially having to pay for staying there.

I mean i know it's cheap but provide a plug for the sink at least.

Also think this site who advertised this and any other place should at the very minimum make sure there are fire alarms and the basics.

No wifi all through out stay, network on my phone was bad did not get value worth of my money

The whole building is full of cobwebs , it stinks a lot we couldn’t sleep in the apartment , the bathroom stinks their customer service sucks , one of the most horrible Airbnb I have seen in my life

Unable to access the property correctly due to inadequate lighting. Wrong room given which was un clean and unsatisfactery. Room given eventually was too small and unsuitable. No hot water avaable to obtain a shower at any point during the stay, and the bed was unconfortable which gave my partner and myself a bad back in the morning and throughout our stay.. With speaking with the landlord, he suggested that we issue a complaint in regards to our stay, by obtaining a full refund and possibly compensation for our trouble..Due to tbese issues we left early and didnt stay the 2nd night.. My partner is terminally ill with short life expentency and really needed the break away for a couple kf nivhts which wasnt the case.
Wont recommend to others nor will stay again unfortunatly.

The property I vote wasn’t available when I got there they moved me somewhere else

The place was a mess!!! Very unclean and unhygienic we couldn’t stay! Ended up booking a hotel and leaving it was that bad. Kitchen bins full to the brim, dirty used condoms in the bin. Dust everywhere. Stained towels, the whole place stunk and broken banister which is a safety risk. Would not recommend at all!!
