Great location with friendly staff and excellent service
Pros:

Great location. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Huge choice of food at breakfast. Room was cleaned daily. On beachfront. Huge pool with assigned loungers.

Cons:

Carpet in the room was old, and frayed in places.

Pros:

The staff were excellent, friendly and professional!
The breakfast was wonderful, lots of options for everyone's taste and the pool was well kept and wonderful for the kids. The beach and location was amazing, lots to do around there for kids and adults.

Hotel ok, ale okolica brudna, nieciekawa, basen średni ze słoną piekącą w oczy wodą.
Pros:

okolice hotelu - sama promenada nadmorska bardzo przyjemna, duża ilość knajpek, lodów, atrakcji. Klimatyzacja w pokoju sprawna, czystość w pokoju na przyzwoitym poziomie, codzienne sprzątanie sprawne i dokładne. Personel hotelu bardzo uprzejmy i dostępny (poza basenem). Jedzenie w restauracji smaczne. Panie kelnerki na śniadaniu bardzo uprzejme i pomocne.

Cons:

Śniadania były monotonne, każdego dnia przez tydzień ten sam zestaw. Mało urozmaicony wybór. Bardzo dużo rzeczy, dodatków np ser wymiksowany z warzywami, których nikt nie jadł. Wędliny podłe, sztuczne.

Plaża hotelowa bardzo brudna, wszędzie pety, niedopałki, śmieci zakopane w piachu a piach brudny. W wodzie pływa syf, śmieci plastik. Na powierzchni wody unosi się tłusty film, na pewno nie z olejków do opalania bo za dużo, bardziej to zanieczyszczenia z pobliskiego portu, woda jednego dnia śmierdziała ropą :(

Basen głęboki (~160cm) na całej powierzchni, mniejsze dzieci mają trudność. Brzegi basenu ostre, kaleczące płytki. Woda słona piekąca w oczy wzbogacona jakąś chemią (chlor?) która po dostaniu się do ust jest obrzydliwie gorzka. Temperatura wody spoko, ciepła. Leżaki są, parasole zniszczone ale są. Obsługa mało zainteresowana, bierna. Ratownika brak. Lokalni goście (przychodzą z miasta tylko na basen) mają gdzieś poszanowanie cudzej własności, bez pytania biorą zabawki dmuchane, okulary i wszystko co im przyjdzie do głowy, a leży obok naszych leżaków. To jest nagminne.

Zjeżdżalnia basenowa jest czynna godzinę dziennie, potem jest wyłączana. Zero kontroli co się dzieje, lokalni goście (przychodzą z miasta tylko na basen) szaleją w okolicy, dziecko z naszej grupy uległo wypadkowi (szycie rozciętego usta) bo zjechało na człowieka który stał na końcu zjeżdżalni.

Okolice hotelu: w jednej z restauracji zostałem okradziony przez kelnera, który wykorzystując sytuację rozproszenia po tym jak potłukł kieliszek na stole, zdjął mi drogi zegarek z ręki. Zorientowałem się dopiero po powrocie do pokoju. Nie jest możliwe by zegarek sam spadł z ręki, nigdy nie zdejmuję zegarka. Początkowo myślałem że kradzież była gdzieś na spacerze. Po przeanalizowaniu gdzie mogło dojść do kradzieży i przypomnieniu sytuacji z wróciłem do restauracji w celu sprawdzenia monitoringu i wówczas inny kelner stwierdził że znalazł mój zegarek pod stołem...

Cons:

A hotelben megállt az idő, a fürdőszoba régi módi! Fürdőkád van amiben nem lehet elférni!!
A reggeli elég szegényes! A medencénél könyörögni kell, hogy a csúszdát elindítsák!
Délután csak 1 órát működik, sok gyerek szeretett volna még csúszdázni, de vége lett. Iskander pincér volt a legkedvesebb!!! Mindig mosolygott!

Pros:

This is a great place to stay, in terms of beach access, staff friendliness and service, rich breakfast, and comfortable room. In particular the staff that was in charge of cleaning the room, Drita and Miranda, were super helpful and always available to clean the room at my preferred time. This is something you don't find in many hotels. Overall, great experience.

Pros:

Everything was very clean. A lot of options at the breakfast buffet. The reception staff, the waiters, and especially superkind Bebbu during breakfast, maintained a high level of service!
Great to get own towels by the pool and at the beach. Perfect location!

Well maintained hotel with a good location at the beach
Pros:

Location is convenient for evening walks. Pool had its own water slide tube, which our kid liked a lot. Very good breakfast. Nice chill zone at the beach. Staff was helpful and polite.

Cons:

Seems a bit overpriced, hotel room was small, considering that we had executive type of room

Pros:

Alle var veldig vennlige og hyggelige, og alltid tilgjengelige for hjelp med et smil. Rommet var supert med fin utsikt. Beliggenheten var også veldig bra, med en koselig gågate og kort avstand til restauranter og butikker

Cons:

Badet var litt lite, men helt funksjonelt og hadde det vi trengte.
