整體住宿感受非常好
Pros:

交通便利，附近即有超市、藥妝店、百元店等，生活機能強。周邊非常安靜。

Cons:

自助洗衣機未附洗衣精，有點不便。我在金澤、大阪的住宿，自助洗衣機都會自動投入洗衣精，方便旅客使用

Pros:

It is nicely decorated, and very near the station. The staff was accommodating in providing a non connecting room

Cons:

It is a clean property but for “eco” reasons they do not clean the rooms, nor made the bed everyday. They just provide new towels

Overall very pleasant stay
Pros:

Close to Gojo station and location was good.
I love the Nespresso machine and capsule in the room.

Cons:

Street is pretty dark and quiet at around 8pm so be aware solo women travellers

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé à quelques pas des stations de métros, des arrêts de bus, facilitant la découverte de la ville et des différents sites alentours, la gare de Kyoto est facilement accessible même en quelques minutes de marche.
La tour de Kyoto et ses commerces localisés face à la gare sont eux aussi très simples d'accès.
L'hôtel est très propre, ma chambre lit jumeaux supérieure très bien équipée, confortable et suffisamment grande.
Le personnel est très agréable, ils m'ont aidé au transfert de mes bagages à Tokyo. Malgré une "barrière" de la langue, les outils modernes permettent une compréhension dans les "échanges "
A la réception machine à café accessible gratuitement, Distributeur de boisson (payant), machines à laver (60 yen pour une dose de lessive, 500 yen pour un lavage/séchage), petits équipements du quotidien à disposition (brosse à dent, cotons tiges...), lors du check-in on m'a remis 3 masques hydratants.

Good location, some amenities could be improved
Pros:

Great location, big room for our family, very clean.

Cons:

Laundry machines did not work well at all. I spent 5 hours doing 2 loads of laundry because my clothes refused to dry. In the end I had to hang most of it in our room with very few hangers. Spent 2000¥ when it should only have cost 1000¥ just to try and get clothes dry

Nowhere to hang bath towels or unpack clothing.

Water heater didn’t last for 3 consecutive short showers

Confusion with check in. I had selected 3 people (showed on my reservation in my email) yet hotel said only two people. I had to pay additional for the third person for 6 nights even though i had paid for 3 at the time of my booking. We arrived late and I really didn’t feel like arguing. Just wanted to get to our room
