房間很大很乾淨，有很大的榻榻米+方桌可以吃東西、記帳
廁所是浴室和馬桶分開，浴室還有雙面盆，淋浴空間也很大，還有浴缸可以泡
這是住六樓陽台打開可以看市容很漂亮

Pros:

預約住宿後可以收到很詳細地通知，行前寫信確認也能很快獲得回應，讓人感到安心；入住後接觸的幾位櫃檯人員都很友善，就算是語言不通的家人去詢問事情，他們也備有翻譯軟體，不需要太擔心。上午退房後我們有再去附近走走，他們也能保管行李（最晚到16點）。
家人很喜歡這次的家庭房型，是幾次造訪京都最日式的住宿體驗。入住時發現能清楚看見京都塔感覺很驚喜，每天都會站到陽台與京都塔打招呼。
房間設備完整，都很乾淨而且看起來滿新的，沒有任何奇怪的味道。榻榻米區的設計讓我們每晚都可以自在小酌、吃宵夜和寫日誌，也能很舒適地攤開整理購買的東西以及行李；一樓有提供入浴劑可取用，加上洗手間是分開的設計，就算走了整天也可以悠閒地泡腳或泡澡放鬆。床的軟硬度適中（相較之下枕頭太軟）；兩邊床頭的插座也都有USB充電孔，非常便利。
入住期間雖然遇到雨天，但一樓有兩臺烘衣機，沒有排隊地好好使用了，雨傘還可以在陽臺待乾；為講求環保不會每天完整清潔，但都會協助收垃圾（僅回收類垃圾需要自己帶到1樓指定地點）和更換使用過的毛巾，入住時也會告知安排哪天整理床鋪與盥洗區域。
因為鄰近消防局，所以莫名感覺安心；周遭環境也很安靜，步行3-5分鐘的烏丸五条3號出口途中就有間7-11，過馬路後走一小段又有較大間的超市，很適合想享受日常京都生活的人們。

Cons:

稍微美中不足的地方，以家庭房的設計而言，雖然有兩個分開的洗手檯，但如果2人以上入住，晾毛巾的地方不太夠。這次與家人是2人入住，雨天時衣服烘乾後需要掛著一段時間，衣架數量就稍嫌不足。

Ottimo, lo consiglio.
Pros:

Camera spaziosa, confortevole, ben arredata. Struttura facile da raggiungere con i mezzi.

Cons:

A voler essere pignoli e voler trovare almeno un difetto (non facile peraltro), non ci sono ristoranti carini nelle immediate vicinanze (intendo nel raggio di 300 metri) ma è anche vero che a 60mt c’è la metro e volendo fare qualche passo in più a piedi anche questo piccolo difetto viene meno.

Excellent hotel with spacious, clean and modern rooms
Pros:

Excellent hotel. The biggest room of our stay with two balconies, a large bathroom and shower room, and authentic yet modern living area. Before booking this hotel, I was worried the location would be too ‘far out’ but it was perfect for us - less than 15 mins from Kyoto station, only 2 mins from Gojo metro, and just 20 minutes to walk into the Gion/Pontocho district for an evening out.
Room was spotlessly clean and the location is a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of Kyoto!

Cons:

Staff were rarely in reception so you needed to ring a bell if you wanted anything. This was never a problem for us, but it feels more like staying in an apartment than a hotel (which we loved!).
