We loved absolutely everything about this hotel the staff were phenomenal, the room was perfect, from hairdryers to irons and steamers in the room. The buffet breakfast was amazing there was a huge selection something for everyone. We used the gym and the spa they were also great. Perfect location for the Hangqiao station for metro and fast trains, it was a perfect place to base ourselves for all our travels. There is a large variety of restaurants just outside the hotel and the Hun for all your shopping.

Ideal si acudes al National Convention and Exhibition Center. Está sólo 5 minutos en Taxi. El hotel está pegado a una zona de restaurantes con una oferta muy variada. Además, tiene un centro comercial (Paradise Walk) apenas a dos minutos andando. Muy limpio. Personal agradable. A 1h en taxi de Pudong.
El gimnasio es un poco pequeño y con poca variedad de máquinas.

The pool and gym
WiFi, housekeeping not knocking and opening the door whenever they feel, had to take my own bags up when I arrive and I need to ask them to help me, they unorganised they were looking for my room for breakfast for about 20 minutes, I even ended up leaving and tell them I’ll eat another time. And the cleaning lady didn’t make the bed well, didn’t even change the sheets.
