Zum Einchecken mussten wir uns 20 Minuten lang anstellen... Mein Mann ist gehbehindert, das Zimmer lag am hintersten Ende der Flur....Das Frühstück war sehr teuer...

Convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

Convenient location, just a stroll from the terminal. The room was very comfortable, and we had a good rest before catching an early morning flight the next day.

Will definitely recommend to first time travelers and will be returning
Pros:

It was our first time to Germany and our room wasn’t ready due to the time we arrived since to kill time and we wanted to go shopping. We only were in Germany only for 1 day The lady who checked us in suggested a great one to us. And gave us precise directions and recommended us to take the train as it was below the hotel and would drop us right next to the mall plus you get to see a lil bit of Germany (she told us the station to come off and what trains to take to and from). I also forgot my charger and they charged my phone for me.

Staff were outstanding
Pros:

Great staff, close to terminal 1 with comfortable room and much appreciated bath to relax after a long trip
I forgot to pack my iPad but the cleaners returned it to lost property which was fantastic

Cons:

Better direction signage from luggage collection hall
