it was a ok kind of stay. not staisfactory.
Pros:

the location is in a lane from the main road have to walk a lot , cars dont come inside. on main road you can get better hotel at cheaper rates

such a bad experience of dirty room and badsheets.
Pros:

After reading many good reviews we decided to go to this hotel. We checked in at 03:09 pm. when we reached there and saw the rooms we found that all the reviews were fake. Such dirty rooms and bed sheets....on our request the bed sheets were brought for change and they were even more dirtier. There was no water bottle provided in the room. We went out for a walk for a while and thought of coming back to the room and watching TV, but the TV was not working. We called the reception to know, they said it would be okay the next day. We tried a lot to stay there but felt so bad and we checked out the same day at 07:30 pm. It was just a waste of our time and money.

A good hotel bad managed
Pros:

The hotel is modern and renovated.

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty, especially the mirrors. The staff had to give me 120 rupees of change and I had to ask like 4 times for it, as they were all the time saying: you will have it in 20 minutes.

I think it’s a good hotel bad managed.

Overall a good stay if we ignore the minor inconveniences
Pros:

Overall a good experience all in all. The staff was good. The room was clean. Affordable and worthy in this price category

Cons:

Hot water supply even in winters is problematic.
Electricity isn’t 24*7. Bed feels like a trampoline for real. The road outside the hotel is very muddy it will definitely ruin your clothes and shoes for sure

Very good location.
Pros:

The hotel did not have much street noise so was fairly peaceful. Had a really good sleep.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because it was rated for cleanliness but it was not very clean. The toilet was not cleaned properly (only the top of the seat). The shower area needs a thorough scrub/clean as did the bedroom floor. I could not get the TV to work. Had already asked for bedding to be changed (hair and lipstick on the pillows). They changed the bedding promptly.
