Pleasant with helpful staff.
Pros:

Intimate with a very comfortable bed. The staff were lovely.

Cons:

There was really no soundproofing on the bedroom door. You hear everything that’s taking place in the corridor outside the room, from conversation to maids cleaning.

Exactly what we needed. Lovely hotel in a convenient location
Pros:

The location was lovely and central for what we needed. Nice cafes and bar close by. The property was clean, well kept, helpful staff, everything we needed.

Cons:

Our only issue was we left a window open during the night without realising so it was VERY noisy, could hear all the car, staff setting up for breakfast ect.. but it was our fault for having a window open.

Just brilliant
Pros:

Great location, very reasonable priced accommodation was so clean and one of the best beds I've slept in a hotel.
The staff are just amazing and when I visit Cape Town again I will definitely be staying at Zest, thanks to all the staff Derek x

Wonderful stay at zest
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally nice and the vibes of the hotel were perfect. We were walking distance to all sorts of shops and restaurants and centrally located for most of the tourist sites. The room was excellent and relaxing. It felt like a stylish home away from home
