Courteous staff who attended promptly to any request we made.

Location was very handy. Housekeeping was very efficient. It was very handy having a laundry on site.

Cons:

Rooms were very small. Pillows hard and initially the air conditioning was hot and stuffy and it couldn't be adjusted in our rooms.

I did stay here 2 times and still intend to come back next time.
Pros:

The location was perfect, good cafe right next to the hotel. A lot of yakiniku restaurant with excellent wagyu beef nearby. Love akihabara vibe!

Cons:

The soundproof was not good, can hear noises from cars clearly at night.
