the location is near city centre
For travellers that chose location over comfort, this place is nice for the price itself.
As for the furniture provided for the stay, the bed I slept in has been used many times that it is literally flat like the flooring, still no lice in it which is good for that one.
No coffee and teas are provided, chairs for dining are provided only one, where else the rest is broken and left in the balcony.
Retrieving the keys are in another building that requires a walk of 3-5mins for check in. In case you are late checking in, it's quite frustrating actually.
No late check out or places to store luggages in case you wanted to check out late.
The bathroom floors are not clean for me as my feet can still felt the stickiness from the build up of the shower gel / shampoo.
It was really beautiful place clean spotless very good communication respond straight away. They really really good. They really streak for time but that’s good otherwise next people they won’t check in on time. You know what I mean so I will highly recommended this place for everyone, thank you very much for my agent and his team, thank you 🙏🙏🤩🤩❤️
The property was really good. The place was huge comfortable like a new one it’s everything new. It’s a beautiful from outside and inside it is beautiful beautiful . It’s really good and safe. I love it and you can go from there where you know close to everything, I love it very much and thanks for all the security was there looking after us too thank you very very much it is very secure and safe place ❤️😀
Pool was amazing with glass floor which showed down to ground.

Central location with a great view at the infinity swimming pool. It was also close to authentic coffeeshop food like Wan ton mee and fishball noodles along Jalan Pudu.
I booked two 2-bedroom apartments. It was not clearly stated at the booking stage that one of them has only one shared toilet. Also, there wasn’t any water filter inside the kitchen.

The staff did pick up my call and was not present for check in and i had to wait at the lobby for 30 mins at early morning 4 AM with my kids. I sought help from the building security staff and arranged to open the room with another staff. A lame apology was given on the next day after 10 AM and no effort was taken to find if i had checked in. Totally irresponsible behaviour from the staff.
