The location was good. Easy access to subway.

Cons:

The breakfast was edible but compared to other City Express I have stayed at, it was probably a 4 out of 10. The oatmeal was horrible, seemed like the milk and oatmeal were not talking to each other. The breakfast lacked appeal.

The maintaining men was gentle and comprehensive

The attitude of the reception staff.
They doesn't explain how the room worked.
My door lock was damaged and they don't care about how tired I was and just keep me waiting and don't solve anything.

Pros:

Close to airport. Good AC. Great darkening shades. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Loved the storage set up which allowed for suitcases to be off the floor. Great breakfast too. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Need more towels. Lack of full shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
