It was a clean comfortable room, with a lovely pool and outdoor area.
Pros:

We were happy our room was upgraded with a better view. The pool was great. The towels in the room were large and nice and fluffy.

it was nice and quite and i liked the room and will be back
Pros:

The staff member on the front desk was so helpful and nice, the beds where very comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

No food to buy when it was night time. i was so hungry but had to drive 15 minute to go get food twice.

A gem in the midst
Pros:

In a good location. Friendly staff and great food. Breakfast in the price of accomodation was a great thing to have. Wasn’t disappointed. We will be back.

Cons:

The only thing was being charged for breakfast after already paying for it the day before but that will fix that up nicely so no dramas there.

Disappointed as I stay here all gne time

I always stay here and normally have a great experience

Cons:

I payed extra to get a couch in my room and when I turned up I had a single bed and a double bed with no couch. I told the staff but they were not helpful at all.

Pros:

This is where we like to stay when visiting in Canberra. We have also tried other places but find this is our best choice.

Cons:

The tv was difficult to use. When turned on it was difficult to navigate. For example when it first went on only sound was there. Then in a few minutes a live picture appeared.
