Our stay was really enjoyable and we will definitely stay again.
Pros:

The room was great, nice and clean and we could fit our porta cot in for our 8 month old comfortably. We stayed for 2 nights and it was in a great location. Instant hot water in the shower was also great.

Cons:

The shower head was was a bit deteriorated from where the water comes out which made it a bit intense - it could do with an upgrade.

Good value for money and an excellent location. May stay again.
Pros:

The room and layout were comfortable, and the cleaning staff were effective. The pool area is beautifully laid out. Facilities all modern. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I went out for breakfast so no comment on them. I had one dinner in the restaurant - the service was good, but the chicken schnitzel was mediocre at best. The bathroom needs a doormat near the shower door to prevent slips and falls. The shower rose needed reorientation although the shower itself had a good supply of hot water.

All in all for the cost it was good. The hotel was clean if not somewhat dated.
Pros:

The shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. Rooms were quiet did not hear noise from adjacent rooms

Cons:

Having to ring a bell and wait for reception staff at normal check in and check out times.

The area was close to the hospital where we needed to be close to due to health concerns. The restaurant food was excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great location for a overnight stopover heading to the snowfields.
Pros:

Check in process was pleasant. Booking details were correct and room was as expected.

Cons:

Access to Reception from underground car park was tedious and you had to carry your luggage via a Pool Fence access point which was user friendly to a baggage carrying visitor. The steps were steep, narrow and slippery. We had to walk using the driveway entrance ramp to Reception.

Good value for Money I like the breakfast.
My daughter broke her leg during our travel in Canberra and the staff was so nice helping us arranging the cancellation of the accommodation. She even allowed us to bring breakfast to our room. A special thanks to Anjuta, she helped communicate our needs to the mamagement and booking.com which reduces a lot of our stress! Thanks
