Top-Apartement mitten im Zentrum
Pros:

Toplage am Königsplatz (Zentrum), wo auch alle ÖV-Linien sind. Modern und hell eingerichtet, vollständige Küche (Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle,...), grosses Bad, Balkon. Da bleiben kaum Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Das "Volldigitale" ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig (viele Sms zur Info, keine Person vor Prt...), hat aber alles bestens geklappt

Clean and well-stocked with things a traveler would need.

Cons:

I understand not wanting to over-condition the air for environmental reasons, as I work in ecological architecture, but it was too hot and because of the window design, it was impossible to get proper airflow without leaving the patio door entirely, which was not possible because of the shared terrace. Maybe a ceiling fan instead of a useless decorative lightung fixture would be a better option. I also realized after this visit I prefer places with on-site staff.

We liked the location

Cons:

There were not enough instructions on programming your key. We were there 9 nights and never had the room cleaned. We ended up being a late check in and the number that I called, the person who I spoke with was rude

Very nice
Pros:

It was super easy getting in after the online check in. We open the doors with our phone and the apartment was really nice. Bathroom was super modern with a nice shower. Really nice location as well. Would come again

Cons:

Honestly nothing for me, if you cant sleep well with street noises i wouldnt stay here because the cafe downstairs is open till 01:00. I personally sleep very well with street noise

Außergewöhnlich gute Lage, sehr gut ausstattete Zimmer, sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, große Fensterfront

Cons:

Zwei Kapseln Kaffee und zwei Teebeutel für zwei Personen und drei Tage sind kein „Kaffee- und Teeservice“ wie beschrieben

Alles super,sehr zu empfehlen

Cons:

Das einzig negative ist vielleicht, das kein Parkplatz vorhanden ist. Aber in ca 1,8 km Entfernung ist ein P&R und da bezahlt man pro Tag einen Euro

Leider nicht für den Sommer geeignet
Pros:

Das Studio ist modern eingerichtet, das Bad ist schick, der Fernseher ist ein Smart TV, eine kleine Küche, mit Kühlschrank und sogar eine Nespresso Maschine; zentral gelegen, Preislich fair.

Cons:

Im Sommer bei Außentemperaturen von rund 30 °C selbe Temperatur im Zimmer, nur Ventilator, keine Klimaanlage. Bei geöffnetem Fenster war wegen direkt darunter liegender Bar mit nächtlichem Lärm kaum Schlaf möglich.
Dusche unpraktisch: Handbrause ist nicht höhenverstellbar, kann nur in einer festen Position eingehängt werden. Wer Haare nicht waschen möchte, kann die Regendusche daher nicht nutzen und muss die Handbrause die ganze Zeit in der Hand halten; höhenverstellbare Halterung notwendig.

Coole Einrichtung, top Lage, sehr gutes Bett. Freier Aperitif in der styligen Pudelbar!

Keine Parkplätze in der Nähe. Irgendwie sehr anonym ohne Personal.

Man kann die Fenster nachts nicht öffnen . Krach bis über Mitternacht . Mit geschlossenen Fenster sind die Zimmer sehr warm .

Schönes Hotel aber im Sommer sehr laut

Sehr schön eingerichtet, zentrale Lage, gute S-Bahn Anbindung

Cons:

Durch die Bar im Erdgeschoss ist es bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut, teilweise bis nachts um 2 Uhr. Da es bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr warm war und es leider keine Klimaanlage gibt muss man die Fenster auf lassen, dadurch hallt es von der Bar sehr laut rauf. Zusätzlich war auf dem Königsplatz ein Bierfest, das war aber wenigstens um 24 Uhr vorbei. Erholsamer Schlaf ist hier wohl nur im Winter möglich oder Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen

Perfekte Innenstadt-Lage, topp Ausstattung,, vollständig digitale Abwicklung...komplett ohne Personal... Sauberkeit nahezu perfekt und die Ausstattung praktisch wie unbenutzt. Auch für Geschäftsreisen ideal. Ausgestattet mit Nespresso-Maschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Safe, sehr guter Fernseher mit Soundbar und...und...und...

Zimmer war sehr warm...Klimaanlage nicht vorhanden... Sollte man im Sommer als Gast berücksichtigen...
