Pros:

The rooms were ok.

Cons:

It was like a ghost town in the middle of nowhere with hardly any guests. The restaurant was not functional though they offered to buy food from outside.
Its ok if you are travelling with family and just want to be walking distance from the beach, but definitely not recommended for solo female travellers and for this price, there are much better locations available.

Ontvangst weinig vriendelijk. Boeking was niet doorgekomen. Moeizaam opgelost terwijl veel kamers leeg stonden. Restaurant niet beschikbaar want er was een 3 daagse trouwerij bezig. Ontbijt is Indiaans buffet, matige kwaliteit. Geen zwarte koffie of thee daarbij.Sfeerloze kale ruimte. Huisje was wat lokatie betreft vlak op andere huisjes. Dus geen uitzicht. Betaling kan niet met credit card alleen lokale bankpassen. Dus cash betalen

Worst Staff. Don't go unless they promise to fix the staff/manager to make you feel as their guest

I did not like anything. Manager was not polite in his response and initially he said there is no booking on my name. When I called booking.com, he finally provided a room to stay with disdain.

On the next day at breakfast he started demanding more money and was qurarelling and shouting in front of other guests. In the end, I got pissed off and left the hotel without having breakfast. I refused to bribe the manager.

Too expensive and too far from the city.
Pros:

- The premises is spacious and we could park our car right outside the apartment.
- The breakfast was good

Cons:

- This place is located quite far out from the city.
- The wifi did not work. We asked the staff repeatedly about this. They said they will send somebody to fix it and never did.
- I explicitly asked for a receipt for payment during check-in. They said they will provide this during check-out and when I asked during check-out they said they are not able to provide this.

Pros:

Property is well constructed but not maintained properly. In spite of making multiple request for cleaning the room at second day, rooms were not cleaned. Food was terrible so beside breakfast, could not dare to have any other meal.

Advertised as part of Pondicherry but this property is in Tamil Nadu on ECR road with beach distance of min 1.5 km by road (no private beach access from property) .

we booked property under the assumption that it falls under Pondicherry territory and landed in Tamil Nadu.

Also there is nothing available at least in 7-8 Km radius of property for eating and any other basis needs. with out vehicle its very hard to have access to basis decent outside eatery places and daily needs requirement.

Cons:

no cleanness, non responsive staff and distance from beach
