A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure the booking. We will notify the guest prior to charging the credit card provided. Please note that this deposit is nonrefundable.

The remaining 50% of the booking must be settled at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date and is also nonrefundable.

We will charge this remaining amount to the credit card provided 15 days in advance. In the event of nonpayment, we will notify you by email, requesting an alternative payment method within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

La ubicación es súper buena

Cons:

Hay tres baños individuales por piso, por lo que se comparten con muchas personas y suelen estar sucios la mayoría del tiempo. Por otro lado hay mucho ruido de las calles ya que queda en una avenida principal y cuando yo fui estaban haciendo obras y eso impedía poder dormir bien.

Lovely place, Lovely staff
Pros:

Had a great stay at Bounce Melbourne. The staff is great and the facilities are plenty and comfortable. The common areas are great and fit a lot of people. The location is very central and the beds are comfortable. The rooms have portable air conditioners installed to keep cool.

Cons:

Because of the portable AC you can't close the windows and it can be quite noisy outside because the location is in the middle of the CBD. The kitchen area can be a bit chaotic at times, but that is to be expected.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Es war sehr laut. Die zweier Zimmer sind direkt an der Haupstrasse. Lärm von früh bis spät. Dann hatten wir auch noch ein Abwasserrohr an der Decke das dauernt lärm machte. Alles war alt und etwas heruntergekommen - Preis/Leistung stimmt null.
