Cons:

Hotel can't find any of my booking which I have 3 booking in this hotel. And left me nowhere as they said they didn't have anything from booking.com

And if I want to stay with them I will have to do as walk in. Which I do so cos we don't have anywhere else to go. Please explain on the booking problem. This is the second time happening to me as no booking from booking.com

Pros:

Schone ruime kamers met comfortabele bedden

Cons:

Wonderful stay in the heart of west harbin
Pros:

Location of this hotel was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here as it was close to the internet famous yellow roses outside vienna plaza. It was also directly across the road from plenty of restaurants that were open well past midnight (if you ever stay out late like I did). Staff were also very accommodating with check in time, leaving luggages at reception post checkout time and also offering additional amenities on an as needed basis (sewing kit etc.)

Superb
Pros:

The room was clean. Staffs are really good. They can't speak in English properly but they tried a lot to help the people by using the translator apps. I will recommend this hotel at my best.

It was little expensive.

Bad cigratte smell room. Big space.
Pros:

Spacious room

Cons:

The room is soaked in cigratte smell.
The public area is so bad full of renovating stuff.
It is not a proper hotel, we are using the service lift to access the room.
There are safety hazard issue

Good location. Very comfortable rooms

Cons:

Only one lift for the building we stayed at. And the lift was extremely slow so I lot of waiting around for the lift and any given time of the day.

Ended up with a smoking room instead of a non smoking room

I requested a quiet room and was put berween two families with little, very noisy children

Great staff
Pros:

The staff were very kind and helpful. A good amount of restaurants and malls nearby

Cons:

The room smelled heavily of smoke and the plugs near the bed didn’t work well. I could hear all the noise around me, even the conversation in the next room, so that means you will be awake until everyone goes to bed and you need to be ready to wake up when everyone else does too
