had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The property does not have its own kitchen, and all food is ordered from outside. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was extremely poor and barely edible.
The rooms lack basic amenities that one expects even from a budget hotel – there were no slippers, no cutlery, no glasses, and not even basic toiletries were properly provided.
The hotel is located very deep inside a lane with extremely bad roads full of potholes and waterlogging, making it difficult and unpleasant to reach, especially during or after rain.
Due to understaffing, the service was very slow and inattentive. Requests took forever to be fulfilled, and sometimes were simply ignored.
Overall, the stay was highly uncomfortable and did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and regret choosing it. Hope the management takes serious steps to improve the facilities and services.
