Glas we chose this hotel for our stay in San An.
Pros:

Nice modern, welcoming hotel with good facilities and staff. The food at the downstairs bar was lovey, we did not use the restaurant. The lady managing the downstairs bar was excellent and we preferred the cocktails at this bar instead of upstairs, where the view was nice but in the cool evenings was not comfortable. The room had everything we needed.

Cons:

The location, although was close by the river walk was a ten / fifteen minute walk along to the more central part of the river walk.

Ive stayed her multiple times and is nothing short of superb! TheStaff,rooms, all amenities! Food is excellent!

Cons:

Someone made a noise
Complaint when I wasnt really being that loud at all kinds of messed the vibe other than I would definitely recommend and I will be back!

Was excited to arrive, disappointed when I left
Pros:

The pool was pretty and the restaurant and staff at the restaurant was amazing . Food was great both times we went

Trash wasn’t emptied in my room bathroom when we arrived.

Awful, will not stay again and will not recommend.

The room was hot, said it was a 10-15 walk to food and mall and it was MUCH longer, said breakfast was served until 10:30 and when we arrived at 10:15 they turned us away bc of a large party for lunch, valet didn’t help us with our bags and luggage, when checking out they over charged me by 300.00 and I had to call them out on it. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was the manager. Not once when checking out did she speak to me and ask how my stay was. I brought this to her attention and she still didn’t ask or listen to my concerns. Very disappointed, not worth the money spent, and will not stay again or recommend to others.
