Really not our place so left a day early (out of 3 nights) and the staff did not bother to ask why.
Pros:

The pool area was nice - the kids really enjoyed this.
It was nice opposite the place Go Adventure for zip lining which was pricy (they all are though) but convenient and kids loved this experience.
Food was decent

Cons:

The room and especially the bathroom were dingy.
The breakfast and diner area looked terrible- white bright lights and in need of a serious upgrade
It was all inclusive which we did not realize but hardly ate there as the dining area was the most unfriendly looking place.
La Fortuna was also not our place - should have skipped this. So touristy. Plus in Summer you basically can’t the volcano at all. Lots of other places for zip lining and horse riding etc instead in Costa Rica.

The scenery was great.

Cons:

Staff took out a tub upstairs at 530am amd didnt finish until 730am. We could hear their footsteps for 2 hours. It was not a food experience.

La comida variada y gustosa.

Cons:

La experiencia de servicio al cliente en este hotel fue terrible y demostró una grave falta al deber de cuidado. Al finalizar nuestra estadía, mi esposo dejó olvidados unos zapatos de hiking en la habitación. Al contactar al hotel, su personal nos confirmó expresamente que los habían encontrado, validando que el estilo, la talla y la habitación coincidían, y se comprometieron a resguardarlos en bodega hasta que pasáramos a retirarlos.
​Sin embargo, al llamar para recogerlos, la administración nos indicó con total ligereza que todo había sido un 'malentendido' y que los zapatos ya no estaban. Como cliente encuentro esta excusa inaceptable. En el momento en que el hotel confirma el hallazgo y asume la custodia de un bien, es responsable de su resguardo. Que un objeto desaparezca de su propia bodega demuestra fallas gravísimas en sus protocolos de seguridad y una negligencia absoluta por parte de la administración. Una total falta de seriedad. No recomiendo hospedarse en un lugar que no asume responsabilidad por sus propios errores.

Great stay near everything!
Pros:

There’s a convenience store at a very reasonable walking distance from the hotel.
Hoy slings are small but plays the part.
Service and staff super friendly and helpful.
The concierge was super friendly and manage to adapt some tours to my needs.

Reportamos que no servía la luz de la habitación desde el primer día y no La arreglaron, él wi-fi no tenía buena señal en ningún lugar, la televisión no tenía buena imagen y se le iba la señal, el agua de la ducha no salía bien, la puerta de la ducha se quedaba pegada, el lugar no se encuentra bien adaptado para movilidad reducida, muy pocas y pequeñas termales para tantos huéspedes, los campos de estacionamiento no están numerados entonces no se utilizan correctamente provocando incomodidad para desplazarse, el restaurante del todo incluído está bien pero tiene muy pocas opciones en el menú
