Great
Pros:

The hotel is about less than 5 minute walk from Karuizawa Station. There is a Family Mart in front of the hotel. Room is bigger than I expected. Bathroom is clean and updated. Staff friendly and accommodating. I left my luggage early at the front desk to start exploring and when I came back to get my keys, front desk stated my luggage is in my room. Talk about above and beyond.

Cons:

No coin operated laundry in the hotel. A/C is centrally controlled. If the AC is not cold enough, I was told to open the window. The issue about opening the window was the noise on the street. My room was facing the main street so at night it was difficult to sleep.

お得感含めて最高の一夜でした。

軽井沢の駅に近くて便利でした
朝食は部屋まで運んでくれて周りに気兼ねなく食べれました。

駅からも近く、宿泊施設も素敵でした。
2階のウェルカムエリアや書籍エリアも良かったです。
お風呂場の洗い場も良いと思います。
近くにコンビニがあるのも便利で嬉しい。

Cons:

ブラインドが上手く作動しなかったんですが、フロントの方がすぐに対応いただきました。
