Pros:

On remarque qu'il s'active pour remettre au propre l'extérieur de l'établissement. Les piscines sont sympa pour se rafraîchir mais elles mériteraient un rafraîchissement.
L'extérieur est joli avec ses arbres et ses plantes.

Cons:

La chambre en arrivant n'avait pas été préparée, ils nous ont passé une autre chambre plus grande mais sans clim.
La chambre n'était pas très propre car elle n'était pas utilisée depuis longtemps. La salle de bain est rustique et le frigo, bouilloire ne sont plus nettoyés depuis très très longtemps. Il aime mettre du blanc partout mais on voit que les murs sont sales, mais malgré tout, pour deux trois nuits on peut faire avec. Ça semble s'améliorer dans le bon sens.

Cons:

Chambres et literie sale.
Piscine sale et coins communs jonchés de déchets.
La majeure partie des autres clients traînaient dans les coins communs, fortement alcoolisés ou défoncés.

J'ai voulu louer un scooter auprès de l'hôtel, le gérant m'avait dit que c'était le sien mais pour finir c'était un ami qui me le louait et demandait un passeport en caution. Il m'a dit de lui faire confiance et de regarder les avis Google de l'entreprise de scooter si j'avais des doutes...les commentaires disaient tous que c'était une arnaque au passeport. En allant annuler mon scooter auprès du gérant pour ces raisons, il semblait être pris la main dans le sac...à éviter !

Un séjour si agréable dans une totale et efficace bienveillance
Pros:

Tout. L’immense gentillesse de tout le personnel. Très serviable. Les chambres sont confortables et agréables. La cuisine est merveilleuse et créative. Merci Toy et toute ton équipe. Une play list au top, ambiance très amicale. L’établissement est au calme et il est agréable de sortir de Kampot pour se relaxer. Piscine, jacuzzi, massages. Un paradis à Kampot à des prix très abordables.

Cons:

J’ai tout aimé car si il y a un petit problème , l’équipe se plie en quatre pour le résoudre.

Grauenvoll:
Jede Menge Mosquitos. Das Resort züchtet diese regelrecht durch unzählige große Wasserresorvoirs!!! Sehr primitiven Zimmer. Klo! Duschgelegenheit Nicht 'Toilette', musste mit anderen geteilt werden und war außerhalb. Außentoilette/ Duschgelegenheit also! Viele sehr dem Alkohol zugetan Männer. Die Toilette war mit Pisse verdreckt, der Herr der sie mit mir teilte pinkelt vorbei (stehende vermutlich) und betagte nie die Spülung. Absolute Zumutung diese Behausung als Spa und 'Resort' zu bezeichnen. Ich habe bereits am nächsten Tag die Institution flüchtend verlassen...Das nächste - Hotel - war dann stadtnah fußläufig und sehr amgehm, mit sozialer Komponente - Unterstützung durch Schul- und Ausbildungseinrichtungen in Cambodia.

Pros:

Bohemiaz has the best vibes! I ended up staying here about three times during my Cambodia trip. The natural pool is lovely, and the neighbourhood is so peaceful, with a bookshop, a great little supermarket, and several yoga places in walking distances, and it's only a 10 minute tuk-tuk to the town. The staff were all lovely and always helpful, and it's an easy place to hang out and chat to other guests. The rooms are comfortable too, there's decent food and drinks, so overall it's a great place to relax and enjoy yourself, I miss it already.

lovely little huts, expected it to be hot and stuffy but the ventilation was great.

had to use the bathroom at the bar, I wish there was a closer, less exposed (in between restaurant/bar area) to go to when just woken up
