Cons:

Отсутствие горячей воды, грязная комната , старый постель. Ключ от комнаты не работал и никто не мог открыть дверь. Пришлось открыть механическим ключом.

Great New Year Days!
Pros:

Overall, a very good hotel in an excellent location. The breakfast is good enough, but could be improved. The restaurants and the food there are good and tasty. The personnel is friendly and helpful. We were also lucky with the fantastic snow)) and enjoyed our stay. Many Thanks to EL RESORT! We'll come back again!

Cons:

In certain places some renovation is needed (especially gym equipment) and we believe the hotel will arrange them in the shortest time.

Pros:

Her şeyini çok beğendim, birçok otelde bulundum daha öncesinde ve bu otel kesinlikle en iyi otellee arasında. Konumu, temizliği , personelinin çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever olması, otelin mimarisi ve havuzu, türk hamamı, spor salonu her şey 4 4’lük.Şiddetle tavsiye ediryorum!

Комната просторная, местоположение хорошее. Неподалёку находится городок Илису (для любителей хайкинга)

Cons:

В коридоре присутствует запах еды, желательно поставить ароматизаторы или же улучшить вытяжку воздуха. Спа находится в соседнем здании, что неудобно для использования. Завтрак скудный.
