Pros:

Staff was super supportive. Mr. Ali ( intern - Yemeni ) made the stay even more amazing. Fully extended his support to whatever we needed. Kept giving chocolates to my son once he would eat proper meal. Now my son remembers this hotel and Mr. Ali's name.

Along with him was the owner Mr. Ismail (turkish) - also very supportive.

As per booking.com, it shows 2 stars, but it deserves mininum of 3-4 stars.

Food wise, their hamburger is very juicy and delicious.

Cons:

Nothing related to hotel. But the area is not good in terms of tasty and delicious restaurants. This has nothing to do with the hotel. Rather its the restaurants in this area.
