It was a great experience.
Pros:

It was a good experience to stay here. Biharilal ji and other staf members were really cooperative. The owner allowed us to check-in early on our request. This was really a great help. Thank you everyone for the hospitality.

The room was neat and clean . It's quite spacious.

Cons:

Cafeteria Staff is rude.
Can't even got the boiled water for baby .
Also hot water supply is not available in room , facilities are at its bad condition

Tasteless Food, Uncleanness, Poor Maintenance and unsupportive staff.
Pros:

There was nothing to like as much

Cons:

My check in was at 12pm and I have arrived at 10am, the same was already mentioned by me 3 days before but they charged Rs. 300/- extra for early arrival and room was small as per pictures so extra Rs.1000/- paid for bigger room. Mattress was dirty with stains.There were some insect holes and lizards.And the food on the rooftop was the worst experience in Hyderabadi Biryani.... Overall waste of money.
