Me gusto mucho el lugar la vista de la habitación desde arriba era increible, la señora y su hija de lo mejor me llevaron al aeropuerto y estuvimos risa y risa, si me volveria a hospedar, el cafe increíble asi como el desayuno, me quedo a deber uno jajaja mas bien olvide que estaba incluido. De lo mejor.
A lo mejor el tema de que se escucha todo, pero es parte de lo rustico

Al ser pequeño todo se escucha, y que los baños estén afuera, pero rescató que son privados nadie más los puede usar y que el desayuno y se tardaban en hacerlo y que servían muy tarde, ya que teníamos actividades temprano pero está muy rico
The location of the property was great. It was close to all the places I wanted to visit. The hosts were friendly and accommodating.
Like others said, the bathroom was a short distance away. The shower water never got warm either.
Also, my room was on the main floor, next to the main area which got quite loud with guests coming in and out. I could hear everyone getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I had to wear headphones most nights to be able to fall asleep.
This family owned stay is lovely, they’re all so welcoming and supportive. Really comfortable bed and cool position.
The room is tiny, but still welcoming. The price could be slightly higher in comparison to the local rates. Though I would still pay it again for the service I got.
Die Freundlichkeit von Elisabeth und ihrer Tochter. Gespochen wird im wesentlichen nur spanisch. Sprachbarrieren werden mit Hilfe eines Übersetzungsprogrammes schnell bewältigt. Das Bad liegt über dem Flur, ich habe es aber mit niemandem teilen müssen. Prima fand ich die vorhandene Mehrfachsteckdose. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, trotzdem ist es ruhig. Das Hotel ist nachts verschlossen, kann aber jederzeit von innen geöffnet werden. Das kam mir sehr entgegen, weil ich morgens um 3Uhr das Hotel wegen eines Bustransfers verlassen und niemand deswegen aufstehen musste. Kenn ich auch anders.
Eine Lampe in Bettnähe wäre schön. Der einzige Lichtschalter ist neben der Zimmertür.

Excelente la atencion de la señora Elizabeth y de su adorada hija, muy servicial y muy atenta a las necesidades y a las orientaciones para moverse por la ciudad. Tambien muy importante la labor de hacer todas las coordinaciones con las.agencias de turismo para poder hacer el tour al lago y tour al volcán de fuego, no hubo necesidad de salir a buscar, puesto que con ella se coordino todo.
Todo estuvo genial, la comida y la estancia fueron excelentes.
Ich hatte einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist extrem gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Es gibt eine Dachterrase und sogar eine gut ausgestattete Gästeküche. Vor allem aber seien hier die enorm freundlichen und aufmerksamen Gastgeber erwähnt. Ich fühlte mich bestens aufgehoben!
Da ich eines der oberen Zimmer hatte, war die Aussicht vom Bett aus direkt auf den Vulkan Fuego ein absolutes Highlght.
I was looking for something at an economical price and somewhat close to the central square. This met my needs. I had a private bath with my room across the hallway. Room was clean and Elizabeth was very nice.
Elizabeth es una experta anfitriona que recibe a sus huéspedes con simpatía y cercanía, procura hacer posible esas peticiones extra que a menudo necesitamos cuando viajamos fuera y está pendiente de cualquier cosa que podamos necesitar, desayunar en la terraza es un plus por ser una oportunidad de relax con el paisaje del entorno que se puede contemplar, entre otros la parte superior de los volcanes....mi estancia resultó muy agradable y bonita

Tiene buena ubicación.
La habitación es muy pequeña y de difícil acceso (escaleras empinadas), cuando llegamos estaba cerrado, logramos entrar porque unos huéspedes iban de salida y abrieron, no había nadie en recepción para recibirnos y habían más huéspedes en la misma situación, tuvimos que llamar para que llegaran y poder realizar el check-in, no realizan limpieza de habitaciones ni cambio de toallas, ni siquiera sacar la basura, el desayuno inicia a las 8:00 am segun indica Pero lo sirven casi a las 9:00 am, el desayuno incluído es el típico chapín no es variado.
De kamer was klein maar schoon en voorzien van een dubbel slot, wat een veilig gevoel gaf. Een groot pluspunt was het ontbijt: elke ochtend werd er door de eigenaresse een typisch Guatemalteeks ontbijt vers bereid, dat erg goed smaakte. De zwarte koffie was bovendien van goede kwaliteit. De gedeelde douche en het toilet waren zeer schoon, privé (toegankelijk met een sleutel), hadden goede waterdruk en werden lekker warm. De persoonlijke en huiselijke sfeer was prettig. Eigenaresse was onwijs vriendelijk!!
De kamer was klein en erg gehorig. De douche en het toilet bevonden zich niet in de kamer, maar op ongeveer 30 meter afstand, wat vooral ’s nachts onhandig is. Daarnaast vonden wij de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding niet helemaal in balans; voor ongeveer €20 extra zijn er accommodaties in de buurt met aanzienlijk meer comfort en faciliteiten.
