The town location was fantastic and the rooms were very clean and modern. Only downside was that the stores and restaurants close so early and open so late. It was hard to make the most of our time there with shortened hours of operation.
As referenced above, did not like the shortened hours of operation. Plus, they were very few other guests in the town, which made it feel strange, but the facilities were beautiful and accommodating.

This hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly with unmatched customer service. Easily the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The included breakfast is amazing. Being able to explore mitad del Mundo with no crowds was also spectacular. The security guards are top notch as well.
