Great stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, great location, spacious modern and clean room. Good option to avoid going into central Quito. Free access to Mitad del Mundo park

Best stay. Highly recommend.
Pros:

This hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly with unmatched customer service. Easily the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The included breakfast is amazing. Being able to explore mitad del Mundo with no crowds was also spectacular. The security guards are top notch as well.
