Calm, warm and comfortable.
Pros:

I loved the view from my room ( No. 3 ), the comfortable bed and the great towels. I appreciated the Hospitalty Tray and the powerful hairdryer.
I enjoyed dinner, again with a superb view. The lounge- area was very comfortable and I'm only sorry that I couldn't stay longer and take advantage of the peace..
The Staff are lovely.

Cons:

I liked everything...but found the shower- température difficult to control.

Pros:

Personnel très gentil

Cons:

Il faisait trop froid dans la salle de bain, un courant d’air. De plus dans la salle de restauration de l’eau coulait de la fenêtre à côté de notre table

Old hotel full of character and charm
Pros:

The staff were great. The hotel was ver clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Beautiful views of silver sands beach. Easy check in and out. I would definitly recommend the hotel, it has a lot of character. Good bus and train routes right outside hotel.

Cons:

The hotel is old and the walls are not sound proof so you can hear your neighbours talking in the next rooms. This wasn't a major issue but in the high season it could become noisy. On saying that l would still book another couple of nights stay.

Une chouette étape avec un très bon restaurant dans l’hôtel avant de prendre notre ferry
Pros:

Pratique bien placé

Cons:

Dans la chambre familiale , les draps de lit avaient une petite odeur désagréable mais à part ça tout était très bien

Only if you're desperate
Pros:

Nice quiet location

Cons:

Terrible mattress's on the bed and other options were the same poor clapped out quality. A superior King room is just a big empty soulless room with a double bed and thin cheap poor quality mattress.

Pros:

The only thing more spectacular than the views were the friendly staff!

Cons:

This has little to do with the property itself but the train schedule is limited. Rent a car if you want explore the area past 7 pm.

Beautiful place with lovely atmosphere, kind staff and a tremdous old Highland hotel feeling
Pros:

It's the style of hotel: old oak bannisters, wooden floors, lovely wool carpets, a lovely old feel about the place. A typical highland hotel. It's age is the selling point! The Morar Sands and Morar River Bay are outstandingly beautiful, view from room was fantastic also view in restaurant. Food was terrific, staff were kind, warm, friendly, welcoming. A superb place!

Cons:

Nothing. It was excellent!
